Tuffy Auto Service Centers

Hope this place goes out of business.
I took my truck there for them to help me with a clamp that came with a split CV boot (I know it’s only a band-​aid) but I could not get the tabs to hold the clip closed.
Anyway, not only were they not professional, they broke the clamp, didn’t tell me and curtly said they couldn’t help me and their lowering my truck from the rack. So I drove home with a clamp that was broken and had to repair it myself. They could have installed a $ 2.50 clamp and fixed it for me. I wouldn’t have minded paying $ 20 for 10 minutes of their time. It took longer for me to drive there and back home than I was there — unbelieveable!
If they acted this way on such a minor job, imagine they could do real damage working on a vehicle and if you can’t see it, you won’t know it and no one is any wiser.
