Terrapin Renovations, formerly J and L Construction, is a family owned and operated construction and remodeling company located in Lafayette, Indiana. It was founded by Jim Rehwinkel in 1998.

Terrapin Renovations, formerly J and L Construction, is a family owned and operated construction and remodeling company located in Lafayette, Indiana. It was founded by Jim Rehwinkel who started in construction as a roofer. Interested in gaining expertise in the housing industry, Jim learned renovation and remodeling skills which eventually led to the creation of Terrapin Renovations.
