I’ve been to almost every nail salon in West Lafayette/​Lafayette area and to me this is the best one overall. They have quality nail polish and I’ve never had a bad experience here. Now the reason why they are getting 4 stars is because it’s a husband and wife team and they are the only ones there so wait can be very long if you don’t call ahead. Other than that I like them, they give a card for repeat customers for 20% off after I believe 4 or 6 times. This will be my go to nail salon for here.

Friendly, professional, efficient, thorough for a «basic» price compared to many other places. I’ll be going back for pedicures in the future, especially with the fun reward card!

This was my second pedicure ever, and I really enjoyed it. I picked this location based on Unilocal reviews; I called the morning of and got a reservation for me and my friend at 5:30. Apparently appointments are only by reservation, since only Kim and John work at Sunny Nails and they can’t attend multiple customers by themselves. As the other reviews mention, Kim did warm towels on calves and exfoliation and wax masks on my feet, and various types of oils and lotions on both calves and feet. I would have preferred a little more exfoliation on my heels, but that’s ok. The place was very clean and Kim and John are quiet but friendly. The pedicure (with French tips) was $ 32, which is very reasonable compared to the other local businesses.

Kim and her husband (?) own and operate this nail salon. It’s just the two of them, and man oh man do they know what they’re doing.
Looking for a way to treat myself while visiting Lafayette, I called and made an appointment here for a manicure and pedicure (they don’t take walk ins). I got there and it was just me. I was seated right away. Kim was meticulous. She gave me an unexpected paraffin wax treatment for my feet, exfoliated my legs, wrapped my legs in warm towels, and massaged my legs and feet separately. It was very relaxing.
My manicure was just as nice. She shaped my nails perfectly and took her time painting them. The drying process was much quicker than I’ve experienced most of the time, no fans, just UV light. After three days and a kayak trip my nails still look great. The price for everything I got and the precise work and sweet service was very very reasonable.
Even though I’m from out of town, Kim gave me a members’ card. She was also very easy to talk to and took a real interest in getting to know me. What a lovely experience! I’ll be back in Lafayette in the future and will definitely be back.

The BEST pedicure I have ever gotten. I highly recommend. They are kind, the place is quiet, and they do paraffin masks!!! Paraffin masks on your feet. My feet have never been so soft. Only $ 26 for the best pedicure.

After reading the great reviews for this nail salon, my mom and I decided to go there to try something new. (I usually go to Bella Nails). I called the # listed TWICE to make an appointment and there was no answer. It just kept ringing. So, my mom and I drove over there, walked in, and asked to have Mani/​pedis. There was no one waiting in line ahead of us, and only two customers being pampered right then. The woman working in the salon sounded irritated and rudely said to me «You need to call first and make an appointment.» I told her I had called twice and no one would answer. She just gave me this shit*y smile and went back to what she was doing. How rude! If I could give this salon a zero star rating, I would. They don’t even deserve one star. Wow, how rude. No wonder the place was practically deserted!

Loved it! Felt pampered in a very unobtrusive way. I was worried because a guy did my pedicure and I had a bad experience at another salon with a male pedicurist but he was awesome. Can’t wait to go back

Walked in for a pedicure without an appointment and they say me right away. Pedicures are $ 25 and they do a wonderful job. Very attentive and they make sure that you get quality service from beginning to end. There is even a massage chair when your toenails are drying. You should definitely try this salon.

Found this place by chance based on Unilocal reviews. They were able to get me and my sister in for a manicure at very short notice. They were super friendly and did a perfect job on my quite less than perfect nails. I was really impressed by how much they do for only a $ 15 manicure. They even do paraffin wax treatments, which is super cool. They also have loyalty cards, which I always appreciate. I would highly recommend this place and I will definitely be going back.

I have been going here for a long time and I love this place. Treat me like a friend and know my name even though I only go once in a while. I have very sensitive nails and they have never hurt me and sadly that is impressive. Everywhere else I have been usually burns me or cuts me. Will never go anywhere else.
