History
Established in 2002.
Reverence Academy of Dance established in Lafayette, has grown to become the studio of excellence in Boulder County. Every year our students take Royal Academy of Dance exams to show the progress in their accomplishments. The Royal Academy is in over 75 countries of the world and began in the 1920’s. Vera Stephenson, co-director with Gerry Stephenson, is an Examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance.

Business Owner
Vera Stephenson BLS, RT, TC, ARAD, trained at the Canadian College of Dance in Toronto, Canada. Vera toured across the country in a musical and has choreographed over 25 shows. Having started Reverence in 2002, focus has shifted to becoming a better teacher and director. Vera wrote her own holiday show called «Searching for Christmas» now in it’s 9th year is a highlight of the holiday season. Vera trained and auditioned to become an examiner and was 1 of 4 chosen out of North and South America. She is 1 of 9 in the United States and 1 of 194 in the world, who do exam tours around the world. This year Vera has examined in Honk Kong, Vancouver, will do the US Southeast Tour and in the summer will travel to Germany and Switzerland.
