We believe that there’s a shortage of seafood restaurants. Where do you go when you’re in the mood for tasty fish and you want it fast and don’t want to spend a lot of money? REELFISH is designed to fill the void with its fast-​casual approach. At REELFISH, we take the classic favorite, Fish & Chips, and inspire it with a variety of different types of fish. For the guests who are adverse to fried foods, we offer healthy grilled fish options. For the guests who eat gluten-​free, we offer a GF batter. For the health conscious, we offer salads topped with fish. Simply put, we make it easy to get delicious fish, fast and at a reasonable price.

History

Established in 2014.

Reelfish Fish & Chips was born from a desire to fill a missing piece in the fast-​casual restaurant segment. Where do you go for a variety of top quality fish at a reasonable price and served quickly? Reelfish fills that void with a wide variety of fish & chip selections including cod, haddock, salmon, halibut, mahi mahi, oyster, scallops, shrimp and sole. Plus, we offer grilled fish and abundant salads that can be topped with fish, either grilled or fried. We offer craft beers and excellent wines as well as hard ciders and other bottled beverages. Gluten free? You bet! We offer a gluten free batter option for our fish & chips?

Business Owner

I have over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry including as a restaurant manager, owner, and consultant. I have opened 15 restaurants on my own or for consulting clients ranging from fast food to fine dining. I’m a graduate of the prestigious School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Denver and have taught marketing, accounting and computer applications for the hospitality industry.
