Red Arrow was born out of a string of festivals and craft fairs where owners Jason Brown, a journalist, and Jillian Johnson, a musician and graphic designer, filled their nights making messenger bags and other goodies for sale on the weekends.
When they decided to take the leap to a brick and mortar retail shop in 2012, they filled their space with everything they loved: beautiful jewelry, cards and stationery with a handcrafted feel; décor with timeless, modern design; colorful fair trade accessories and housewares; and heirloom quality children’s toys.
Their own line of one-of-a-kind handcrafted accessories, paper goods and more continues to grow.
In 2014, they expanded their budding brand to a second location on New Orleans’ beloved Magazine Street.
