The experiences our firm had with PPS were nothing short of UN-​professional. We ceased sending cases to this server as soon as we possibly could!

I was skeptical to start because they’re not well established online and don’t have many online reviews. In addition when i called she informed me they recently ended their lease and we could meet at starbucks (my suggestion) so i didn’t have to drive to their oakland offices. Skeptical at first but when we met i was at ease as she was very knowedgable, symathetic and helpful. I was sooooo thankful to find Jeanne and her family business. They do many kinds of legal processing. Mine was civil and I wanted it served asap. $ 86 covered (25 rush fee, 61 for standard 5 – 7 day service) up to 3 attempts and 1 at work she said. She successfuly served the recipient the day after I handed her the papers. Received email copies couple hours later and originals are in the mail. Very professional and accomodating. If your in the east bay area give them a call and see what they can do. Best $ 25 spent for next day service and best $ 61 spent for professional delivery vs. Family or friend. Defenitely recommend.

I have used PPS for several years. They do efficient and reasonably priced work for legal transactions. I have no reason to look elsewhere for services. I think they are a good down home small business.

A year and a half later, Jeanne continues to be an invaluable resource for me. I’ve been working with her for almost three years and have always been happy with her and her company’s work.

On dec 3 I called to have a small claims served. Jeanne was very knowledgable and said it would be served that day I was thrilled even though I had to move the court date for her to serve it. On Jan 8 I went to the court to verify it had been served since I hadnt gotten any confirmation and it hadn’t so I called and she didnt know and had to call the delivery guy. Anyway I get a lengthy voicemail on how they didn’t get it done but I didnt get a phone call or email and this morning when I called I got hung up on.
