Perez & Perez Bankruptcy represents consumers specifically in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy with law offices in Lafayette and Indianapolis, but serve a wide area in central and southern Indiana. Meet the Business Owner

Jay P.

Business Owner

Perez & Perez is a family run firm. As husband and wife, Jay and Cassandra Perez work together to help your family overcome debt. Jay and Cassandra live in Indianapolis with their son, and are active at Connection Point Christian Church in Brownsburg, Indiana.

Prior to launching the firm, Jay served as the managing attorney for Macey Bankruptcy Law, a national firm and supervised they attorneys and staff at the firm’s offices. Jay also served as a Regional Manager and traveled to other firms to assist with the hiring and training processes. Jay obtained his Juris Doctorate from Valporaiso University School of Law in 2007. He also has an M.B.A. in Management from American Intercontinental University, and a B.A. in Political Science from DePaul University. Jay is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
