Paw Prints Animal Hospital

This place is ok. The only reason I went there is because they open a little late. But take your time and research a better vet if you are planning to regularly visit a vet. I made an appointment before going here, but I had to wait about 20+ minutes. First we were greeted by a nurse who did some basic examination but she was a little unprofessional, and she didn’t really listen well. The doctor came and even though my dog already went through a full test with another vet not long ago, she insisted on selling me extra tests that my dog doesn’t need. Plus the examination was way too expensive for what she did. Weighing, checking temperature and stuffs, and it was 50 bucks. I feel like this place disrespects you in a way. I would not come back.

Very kind and caring. They have convenient hours, and the staff is amazing! So friendly and kind. I have lived in many cities throughout the states, and this one rates right up with my friends’ practice in Texas! They are great!

I had an emergency with one of my cats a couple of years ago — I came home after a weekend away and discovered that he had eaten almost a whole spool of thread. After taking him to another vet who refused to listen to me and completely misdiagnosed him, I took him to Paw Prints.
They LISTENED to my explanation of what had happened, and treated him accordingly. They were so sweet to me, because I was a total wreck (believing that my cat was going to die… which he almost did). They gave us all the options available and laid out accurate costs and expectations for all procedures before we were asked to make a decision. They treated us and our cat as if he was our child, which was awesome and made me feel infinitely better — they really do care for every animal that comes through their doors.
They did a wonderful job with kitty’s surgery, and his post-​op care. They are definitely pricey — but totally worth it for a life and death situation. Kitty is still alive and doing great 2 years later, so thanks guys! And thanks for being understanding about my crying fits in your exam room.
