I enjoyed working with Sue. I started working with Sue to help me evaluate the next chapters of my life. I was at a stage of new beginnings in my life. She was able to narrow down what values that were really important to me. She encouraged me to do informational interviews with people in jobs I thought were interesting. She help me to discover Lafayette again and all the great things it has to offer in food, entertainment, festivals, theater, etc. She also encouraged me to seek opportunities I hadn’t thought about in the past. It was through this short time with Sue that I was able to land a new job in a new industry I hadn’t even thought about until she told me about their career fair. She help me find my confidence again. She also help me find balance in myself. One of my favorite exercise that she taught me was a body scan mediation. It really helps me relax at the end of the day. Thank you Sue. I encourage anyone looking for alittle guidance in your life whether it is with a job or discovery yourself again to work with Sue.

I am working with Sue to increase my confidence as a business owner. Although I feel good about how I do what I do, telling others (marketing) is another story. We meet in her backyard, in her garden, which is beautiful and well kept. She does a very thorough evaluation on the first visit, starts and ends on time, and gives concrete action steps to take after every coaching visit.
