Always a great dinner stop on the way to gymnastics for the girls. It’s always busy yet the staff here is able to quickly get through the line. I love the penne rosa dish with chicken. But I’m also a fan of the Thai curry soup with steak. It’s a good choice. I recommend it!

I’m done. This is my last time eating at Noodles. I guess I was never a huge fan of the chain in the first place, not really caring for the food. But every time I’ve gone in one of these, I’ve had a different experience. In other words, they’re highly inconsistent. I know this mostly because I order the same thing every time: penne rosa with tofu(sometimes with extra mushrooms or extra spicy). Sometimes you get one slice of mushroom, sometimes you get 20. I’ve even paid for extra and had none. Sometimes you request the dish extra spicy and there’s no problem. Other times, the answer is NO, use the hot sauce or other spices on the condiment bar. And after paying almost $ 9 for a bowl of pasta with tofu, I’m done being frustrated. There are other, much better options for the same cost.

Horrible, horrible noodles and company! I’ve eaten here many times and they can’t get it right, ever! And if they get the order right they have no clue how to cook the food. My tofu arrive black on one side… this happens all the time. When I ask for it to be cooked golden-brown they get offended. Go somewhere else, save your time and money.

Find another noodles to eat at. I’ve been here three times(trying to give them a fair chance) and all three times I’ve been treated like a pain in the butt for coming in. And this time I saw a survey on my receipt but the cashier crumpled it up and threw it out(while walking away mind you) before I could ask for it, or rather be asked if I wanted it. So disappointing.

I went for the first time this week with two guys and we used two coupons we got in the mail(BOGO and a free appetizer with an entrée purchase). I was on a low-carb diet and can’t see a «wall menu» very well, even with my reading glasses, so I thought I was ordering a salad that was low-carb with chicken. It arrived with macaroni noodles in it(yuck, I hate cold macaroni noodles in anything!!) and luckily I didn’t take a bite of it and called over one of the gals working there to tell her I couldn’t eat it or I’d have to go off my diet. She was kind enough to take it back and bring me another salad that did NOT have noodles in it(thank you to her and the manager that night). It did not have any meat though, and it was rife with raw onions, and not as satisfying and filling as I had hoped my meal would be for around $ 9 and dinner, but since I was using a coupon and got a free appetizer for my friends, I made no further fuss and felt bad already about having her get me another salad(which didn’t come back until my friends were done eating, of course). It really was my fault for not having great eyesight and ordering the wrong thing. I am used to going somewhere to eat where I can look at a menu up close with my reading glasses, and I propose that they have menus to look at for elderly, which is the growing population in America(and supposedly with more free income to spend). That is probably why I don’t go to these«line up» and order restaurants very often: they cater to the young, not the middle-aged or elderly. So, yes, a GREAT place for the youngsters, if not a little pricey for what you get, but if you rely on reading glasses, you’d best not be on a special diet because you won’t be able to read the ingredients of your meal very well. The guys who were with me enjoyed their pasta and the appetizer, they said. I recommend trying it with a coupon to see if it’s your thing. Since I don’t eat pasta regularly, and because salads don’t seem to be their specialty, I probably won’t go that often.

Love the newer buff bowl option where you substitute spinach(which gets wilted in hot sauce) in place of the noodles! Thank you! Please stay on top of mopping up sticky spills. I got four sticky shoes in two noodles stores in two days :( Quick, responsive, professional service!

This place gets ridiculous when it’s busy. Nowhere to sit and wait. Avoid at all costs on Sunday’s, it feels like Flatirons church lets out and it empties into Noodles. The food’s fine, nothing I wouldn’t expect from Noodles, but I came at 9:20 on a Saturday night when the place was totally empty and it took almost a minute to greet me with six employees behind the counter. I ordered my food to go and the girl ringing me up said«good, one less table for us.» Im sorry, it’s over 40 minutes before closing, my bad for inconveniencing you if I eat in the restaurant. That was really unprofessional. I’m tempted to drive 5 miles up 287 and go to the Noodles in Broomfield.

I wrote a poor review on Noodles, in Lafayette, last fall. I went back this week, and it was much improved. The manager even helped me carry my take-out to my car. The food is improved(they got the order right, it tasted good, I got it in a timely manner, and it was hot) since my last visit, and the customer service seems to be much bettter as well. I think they got a new manager — whatever it is — it is much better than it used to be.

Would be nice if they stayed open until 9pm like they post! We arrived at 8:30 and were surprised to discover they closed. As we got in the car to leave another car pulled up and they were visibly disappointed. Perhaps closing early because the manager wasn’t around? Hmmm… Sad. We wanted it to go, wouldn’t have stayed long at all. Disappointed.

This is a small store and often crowded, so we usually call ahead for take-out and take it home. We have a family of four and sometimes it’s a challenge to find seating, and even when you do you are elbow-to-elbow with the other diners. The take-out option has worked well for us; the food is always ready when promised and is still warm when we get home, although not quite as hot and yummy as dine-in. For dine-in we prefer the larger store on Dillon Road in Louisville; the food and service are the same, but you have more room. Our favorite dishes are mac & cheese and spaghetti & meatballs for the kids and steak Stroganoff and Indonesian peanut sauté for the adults. The«small» size is quite large and enough for most people and that’s what the kids always get. The«regular» size is reasonable if you are very hungry. For appetizers, the garlic bread is very good, but the potstickers are a peculiar flat shape and are disappointing.

My husband and I generally enjoy the food at Noodles so we tried out this location a few times. The first time was great, no complaints. Today, however; we were thoroughly disappointed. We ordered the pan noodles with chicken and the Tuscan Fresca with chicken. We both ended up with bowls of plain noodles with a little bit of «garnishment» on top. When you pay extra for chicken you expect more than just a few little cubes sprinkled on top. The Tuscan Fresca should come with plenty of onions, tomatoes and spinach leaves. What I literally got was 3 tiny pieces of tomato, a slivers of thin onion and about 4 soggy, wilted green leaves. I don’t enjoy spending $ 20 on bowls of plain noodles with sparse garnishment, we will probably not return for quite a while to test out if they have gotten any better.

Usually love noodles. However, the chicken I got on mine tonight looks like dog food. Instead of a nicely cut chicken breast like usual, I just got disgusting chunks of chicken parts.

The only reason I give one star is because I can’t give zero. I have been into this location 2 – 3 times and waited an extensive amount of time. But the carry out is even worse, I have ordered 4 times and EVERY time they have left out a dish, or given us the wrong dish, or left the meats we had paid for off of the dish. DONOTEATATTHISNOODLES, there is a good one in Louisville.

Don’t go unless you have quite a bit of time. Our order for 3 noodle dishes took over 30 minutes. Ridiculously inefficient.

Stopped in to grab my girlfriend some dinner. With 12 people working and 3 orders in front of me it took 35 minutes to get my order. I eat a high protein diet, so I don’t often visit these type of restaurants, but I know I won’t be stopping there again.

I’m attributing my not so great experience to the fact that it’s a new location and hopefully a work in progress. I went at 1:30pm on a Friday afternoon and it was very busy. My wait for a to-go order of a Thai Hot Pot and Pig & Fig Flatbread was much longer than what I anticipated, so I was hopeful that the meal would prove to be worth the time spent waiting for my order. Unfortunately, I can’t say that it was. The hot pot was nearly devoid of flavor and didn’t have any pork at all. It was supposed to have pork and chicken. The chicken was so over cooked that it was very rubbery/chewy. Typically, this dish is full of wonderful and fresh flavors(maybe I’m giving Noodles & Company too much credit for this type of dish) but this one was sorely lacking. The side of flatbread that comes with this dish actually made me laugh. It was fairly loaded up with Lowry’s seasoning which seemed like a lame attempt at adding flavor/zest, but instead screamed YIKESLOWRY’s! The Pig & Fig flatbread was a partially redeaming factor in the overall experience which is why I’m giving it 2 stars rather than 1. The flavors were very good and I would order this flatbread again.(No Lowry’s on this one!)

If you want to wait 35 minutes for a burnt Pesto Cavatappi and small cheesy bread to-go order, then go to this Noodles during lunch rush. The staff seemed nice but very overwhelmed. I should have called ahead.
