Had to wait for 16 minutes with 6 or 7 cars that was a total lie when you said there were no mozzarella sticks bullcrap because it was on your menu why are your services so slow how awful whoever your manager is talk to that person because it doesn’t know how to work what a bad service

If McD is in a slump, this location, if typical, is the biggest reason. Just an overall horrible experience. Register problems, register operators untrained. I have complained about this location before and can’t believe I went back! I am a McDonald’s lifetime customer, but corporate needs to address this place. It has lots of business since it is the only McD for miles close to Lafayette so I don’t think the operator cares.

I have stopped by this location a few times to take advantage of their free WiFi. I also like their fries and hot chocolate. Service has been consistently pretty good. The kids that work here are friendly and efficient. I would recommend this store.

I always do drive thru. People are nice but the food is always cold. Fries seem like they are day old, heated up in the microwave and then set on the counter until they are cold again before they get out the window

Waited in line 9 mins for 21 $ items on breakfast menu. 4 cars in 2 lanes, total. Slowest McDonald’s ever. Guy in front of me orders, two cars let through in other lane. Car they let in front of me had problem with transaction. Worst McDonalds ever. And my standards for fast food are very low as it is.

Service has always been extremely slow here, both in the drive-through and in-store. The food itself is OK and my orders have always been accurate, but this store hardly rates as «fast» food! For example, today I walked inside at 4PM, and there was no one at the counter. There continued to be no one at the counter for about 5 minutes. Finally someone walked up and opened a register, and I got my order in. It took 12 minutes(I was timing it this time) to receive my food, so about 15 – 20 minutes total before any food appeared. Most of the sit-down restaurants I go to are faster than this! There have been comparable waits in the drive-through line.

Pulled up to the speaker in the drive-thru and waited at least 5 minutes to place my order. Quickly got through to pay and then wait and wait and wait at the second window for my food. Girl handed me my food, muttered have a nice day and walked away. More than half of my order was missing not including the butter and syrup for the hotcakes they also forgot. Had to park and go inside to retrieve the rest of my order that wasn’t even made. Second time they have forgotten something in the drive-thru. Never again.

Disappointing location, which is sad because it’s the closest one to me! I like McDonalds because I know it’s a place where my allergy suffering family members can safely eat, and it’s EVERYWHERE. I usually go only when I develop a craving for the fries or coca cola. I don’t know what it is about their coke, but it’s usually just the right temperature and flavor. I don’t get the same experience from vending machines or even at home, but McDonalds coke is somehow special. EXCEPTATTHISLOCATION. the staff has always been just fine and have always gotten my order right, and I’m willing to overlook the usually messy floors. My problem is with the watered down sad excuse for a drink that comes out of the soda machines inside the building. I know I’m at the right dispenser, but it comes out coke flavored water. This has happened EVERY time. So very disappointing. Don’t they have some external person who comes in and calibrates the machines? What did they do to him? I don’t go through drive thrus since I’m too soft spoken and it always turns into a frustrating experience, so I don’t know if the coke is any better in the back. I certainly hope so.

Three days in a row(three strikes, if you will) I gave these clowns an opportunity to earn my business. Three days in a row they colossally effed my order up. The first time instead of just giving me my money back, they tried everything they could not to open their cash drawer. They offered to compensate me with two free standard McFlurry coupons… only to find out upon further inspection what I received were two snack sized coupons(and later discovered that standard-size coupons don’t even exist) Day two’s screw up had me writing McD’s corporate contact info, via their website. Later that evening I get a voicemail from the manager at this location wanting to rectify the problem. Day three(not twenty-four hours after the apology voice mail) I go to pick up breakfast and low and behold — another eff up. I demanded a refund for all three days — they didn’t offer. If they don’t comply, I will(without hesitation) dispute the charges with my credit card issuer. Avoid this place like the Black Plague. Not ~just~ because it’s a McDonalds, but because for a friggin McDonalds it’s an absolute waste of otherwise good space.

Micky-Gees-Louise Being a mother of three really makes life tough especially since our days are loaded with appointments, pickups, and activities. Having a McDonalds like this is a huge lifesaver. It’s convenient location, kids play area, and free wifi with outlets is a sure winner. The two stars I gave this location are for the staff members. It’s a total bummer when a business of this caliber just doesn’t make the customer satisfaction cut! WHOAREYOUROWNERS? The staff can be a toss up with some kind people that can hold a convo and act like their happy. See, I know how it is to be slammed with work and lack a little in the proud service department. The bloody difference is that I can still keep my cool, be friendly as usual, and be knowledgeable enough in my craft that technical errors are extremely minimal. I’ve been several times where it was just so inconvenient for them to smile, be compassionate, and even acted pissed when they had to help clean up a spill near the soda station(shooot, I didn’t even ask for help). It just sucks because it’s apparent that customer service isn’t on the top of their training list or isn’t any good. Here are a few examples of what I could not stand: I ordered two platters on the breakfast menu and the guy ringing me up just could not for the life of him understand what I wanted. I said, «Can I have two hot cake and sausage platters?» Simple! Long story short, he rang in two hot cake platters and confused the hell out of his coworkers with what he wrote on the order tag. I ended up having to get back in line and pay for two sausages on the side. Which pissed me off a little because it would have been cheaper if he rung it up right the first time. He had the nerve to THINK and BLAME everything on me to his supervisor. «She said. blah blah.» First of all, you’re not trained properly and you don’t know the menu. To top it all off, I was at the drive thru a week later and that same guy forgot to put the straws in the bag. Thanks! I love to drink my iced coffee without the lid. SMH These people just cannot get it together sometimes. I even asked about a menu item once and the lady said she doesn’t like it. WOW! Way to boost your sales. Anywho, I’ll be back here because it’s just so convenient for me but NOT because of their service or staff.

I travel a lot in the areas around and through Boulder to South Denver and this McDonalds has YET to goof my order!!! I only do the drive-through, but the cashiers are always quick and professional(cool, perhaps, but not snotty, mean, nor incompetent). The food is standard, and I have yet to experience the overly salted fries another person Unilocaled about… I’m here on average of about two to three times a month(I know… Anyone know a good cardiologist?). Clean and quick, I don’t think you can ask for much more from a McDonalds!

I Regret my former review… This McDonald’s sucks now. Last time i went here the staff called the person in the drive thru before me a ‘puta’ loudly… right in front of me. So if you like the people feeding you to hate you, here is an awesome solution. They might as well say ‘Bah Da Bah BABA, Fuck you for eating here’. Its a McDonald’s. so your gonna get standard menu as you would anywhere. or… so you think… …BUT if you want the special sauce to be ‘extra special’ go here. I’m sure for how much the current staff(summer 2012) hates you, your sure to enjoy a little something extra each and every time. You know the employees hate you so if there’s a chance to get off camera you know your gonna get somethin’ special. The girl that took my order was nice but you know the people in the back want you dead. TRY and be overly nice to the staff, you’ll be greeted with the ultimate blank expression. I tried, and said all the words that i usually hear at most drive thru’s, «Thanks… Have a good one.» However i was met with dead silence being handed my bag. I’d avoid this location like aids. McDonald’s can be really good, this one is embarrassing. There’s al lot of places to eat on 287 and i’d recommend any gas station’s food before here.

Typically through the drive through very quickly. You MUST try your fries before you leave. They really try to induce high BP with all the salt they put on the fries. Twice I have been unable to eat them. This location has two Redbox Rental Booths outside.
