Specialties
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist that specializes in working with adults, couples and teenagers. My focus is to improve communication in order to reduce the separation and isolation that so easily develops between people in our current day and age. When people can know what they need and tell someone who cares, life improves. Depression, sadness, stress and anxiety are quite often linked to feeling alone, disconnected, uncared about, overwhelmed and without a sense of value in the world. Having open and honest exchanges with at least one caring and significant relationship can change how people experience their lives.
If you would like more information on how I work, please call or e-mail me and I would be happy to answer your questions. I offer a free 20 minute consultation so that you can get to know me a little better to help you decide if my services would be useful for you.
