Hello. My name is Michelle.
I love being in the kitchen. After years of spending all my spare time cooking I finally decided to make my passion my career and went to Culinary School at Le Cordon Bleu. I spent a few years working in some of the most excting kitchens in Los Angeles before I chose to venture out on my own. Now I cater and make cakes through my company LaField’s. I’m on a constant hunt for new fun recipes and I’m constantly having my friends and family try out my creations (some may say I’m a dessert pusher). My perfect day is heading to the farmers market to see whats in season and then coming home and making Sunday night dinner and dessert with my spoils. I try to cook seasonal, local and organic but don’t be surprised if you see a peach pie in December once in a while.
