I recently used Kosich & Callahan to help me get medical coverage for myself and life insurance for my husband and I. We have never worked with an agent before and we were intimidated that it would be this hard sell sort of a situation.
It was exactly the opposite. This is a family run organization and we were pleasantly surprised with the warmth and caring we received from everyone in the office. Colleen was very pleasant and spent a long time with us as we discussed our options and moved to making our choices.
Other than the high cost of medical insurance, this was a great experience and we were grateful that is was as smooth and pleasant.
