J. Ray co-​founded Lafayette Home Viewer, a division of Keaty Real Estate, in 2011 after working as an independent agent at Keaty Real Estate for many years. Being a native of Lafayette J. Ray began investing and managing commercial and residential real estate in the area in 1991. Following his Masters degree in Engineering Management from the University of Louisiana, he began to work more closely with client to help them in their needs to buy and sell in the local market. After receiving his realtor designation he went a step further to obtain his ABR, SFR and BOPR real estate designations because he knows his knowledge of real estate is one of the reasons he stands out from the crowd. J. Ray specializes in the technical side of the business, providing key insight to sellers and connecting them with buyers with similar goals. In his free time, J. Ray is active in real estate organizations, enjoys spending time with his family and competes in Triathlons which he says provides him with a se
