History

Established in 1996.

High Expectations Balloons has over 15 years of experience in balloon décor. High Expectations’ owner, Angie Flack, originally worked with flowers and floral arrangement. However, she found that balloons offered more versatility and more opportunity, and so High Expectations was created.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

High Expectations was founded in 1996 by principle designer, Angie Flack. She earned her Certified Balloon Artist (CBA) designation from the Pioneer Balloon Company in Wichita, Kansas in 1998. Angie has years of experience in the event décor industry which has made High Expectations Greater Lafayette’s first choice for event decoration needs.

Keeping up with industry innovations, Angie attends educational balloon artistry seminars. She has also developed her own seminar, teaching newcomers in the balloon industry. She has taught at the Indiana State Florist Association Annual Meeting, Indiana Balloon Network meetings, and has helped various balloon artists earn their CBA designation.

Angie was featured as the Spotlight Artist of the Month on Bal​loonhq​.com, an industry gathering place for balloon professionals.
