Alice and Rose are both WONDERFUL people who were BORN for this type of work! Both women are just dolls with the sweetest spirits about them.
I have worked with Alice specifically and she just made me feel SO SO comfortable when I did my colonic. She has such a gentle, caregiving, nurturing personality and makes you feel at ease during the treatment. She is also very knowledgeable about many things diet and poop related.
The day prior to getting my last colonic, I was so backed up that I was starting to have back pain. The colonic helped very much to give me some quick relief.

To review something pseudo taboo… um…where to begin?!
Reason to get one: if you have digestive problems, always feeling tired, in a haze, chronic headaches, or want to jump start a diet this may benefit you. I came because I was having tummy issues and felt ‘toxic’ which i think affected my energy level and state of mind. And fortunately, at the time came across a Living Social offer!
Alice is very knowledgeable, experienced, and puts you at ease during the whole procedure. There was some cramping discomfort but the benefits outweigh the mental barrier and squeamishness of the thought of doing a colonic.
Oddly, you leave feeling energized and not wanting to pollute your body with bad foods with preservatives, additives, and fillers. I’m definitely going to make a change and be more selective on what i eat. I will now walk the perimeter of the grocery store (meats, produce, dairy) and try hard to avoid the other aisles of processed foods.

Alice Hamilton has years of experience, and a calm, friendly personality that will put you immediately at ease. You are in good hands with Alice. We always have great conversation, which makes the time fly by. Alice has a lot of great info to share, as well. I was traveling to India for a month and she told me a product to pick up at the store to keep my system working well on my trip. It worked. I go about once a month, since my initial voucher deal led me to her. She has another office, I think in Black Hawk? as well. I go to the Lafayette one, from Oakland, because she’s the best.

For such a personal procedure you really want to work with a professional. Roseann Johnson is a true professional and an excellent practitioner.
Roseann is highly experienced in nutritional and GI health and takes the time to explain the entire procedure in detail. Her bedside manner is better than some doctor’s I’ve seen — and makes all the difference. She also has a great sense of humor — just enough to help settle your nerves and relax.
I found her treatment to be gentle, effective, and worth every penny! I’m quickly becoming a regular (no pun intended!!)

I’ve been wanting to have a colonic for many years now. After a recommendation from a nutrionist I made an appointment with Roseann Johnson at the Lafayette location. She explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions, I was kind of nervous naturally. She is an amazing person who has led a very interesting life (I’m not the only one that said she should write a book).
Her bedside manner is wonderful, you can tell she really cares and she is very knowledgable about alternative treatments in general.
The procedure itself was not as bad as I expected and I definetly plan to go back. Takes 1 hour total. One treatment is $ 80 and she also offers a discount if you purchase several in a package. They also have a location in Brentwood, and their website explains how to prepare (although she told me all on the phone too).
