In 1994, Dr. Lugo finished his Neurology Residency in 1992 from Tulane University School of Medicine and a fellowship training in Epilepsy and Clinical Neurophysiology from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, LA. He established his private practice in Lafayette, LA in 1994. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Instructor in Neurology at the LSU Medicine residency program in Lafayette, LA.
