Established in 2012 Click Scan Share was founded on the premise that consumers need a simple solution for all their imaging needs. While old forms of personal and professional media — photos, slides, film and video — have grown technologically obsolete and are nearing the end of their useful lives, newer digital technology — from digital cameras, to phones, to software, social media and hi-​resolution printing — offers more opportunities than ever to create and share special memories and more. I bought their «rescue kit» package at a home show, thinking that it’s very safe to get the discounted package even if I change my mind later for whatever reason as they printed on the order form that the value «never expires» and «is fully refundable».
Within less than a week of my purchase, I decided not to use the package and requested a refund. It’s been more than 2 weeks and I’ve made a total of 9 phone calls, spent way too much time being on hold and have talked to 4 different people of this company. Still no refund and no news or call back regarding the status of the refund. Maybe this company is closing down their business and I will never get my money back? I’m glad I didn’t trust them to any videotapes or photo albums because those would be irreplaceable.

Prints have great color. I’ve used them for 2 memorials in the past 4 months and they’ve done a great job each time.

Needed a last minute photo printed for a gift. I tend to procrastinate =) I called ahead and stopped by after work. Customer service was great, they had me in and out in no time and the photo looked gorgeous. The gentleman at the front even took the time to help me convert the files on my laptop to ensure I got a better quality image than the original I had provided. They do all types of photo printing and the ease and quality of their service has inspired me to take on some more photography projects… maybe a book or calendar? =)

Do NOT take your stuff here, EVER. On 8÷5÷15 I paid $ 56.42 to have some very old slides digitized, and was told they would call in about a week when the job was ready. Nobody called, ever. I called them, nobody called back. About a month later I went to the store around 10 in the morning. It was locked up, nobody there. I called and left a message. No one called back. I was beginning to think they were going under and I’d never get my 50-​yr-​old slides back. Finally, in October, I went by there, they were open and I got my slides; not even an apology. The bmp’s were fine, but what makes these people think it’s ever ok to treat any customers this way? Just beyond belief!!!

Like the last two reviews I too purchased their «package deal» at a street fair. They were very convincing and friendly when they sold me the film reel transfer «deal». That was in May.
I still do not have my reel transfers.
I called 3 times and went there in person twice.
No one will call me back and when I visit no one seems to know anything.
They were very efficient and quick in taking my money, but that’s where service ends.
It is now October 19th and I have nothing that I was promised.
No calls back…
No explanation…
No apology…
NOTHING but a charge to my bank account…

Called them approx 2 weeks prior to my prints being ready and I really wish I knew who I spoke with, because he was very friendly and helpful. He was very reassuring of my concerns. Two weeks later, picked up my prints, he remembered me, still friendly and not at all bothered about my worries. Worth driving through a bit of traffic and paying a bit more for such excellent service.

Unfortunately I fell for the sales pitch and signed up to a package with this outfit at the Danville Street Fair on June 21. After paying over $ 500 I was promised delivery on July 29, which I explained was important because I was leaving the state. We are now in October and still I have nothing to show but multiple phone calls at my expense and a series of excuses, when they bother to answer the phone or return calls. The only work product I have seen through the dropbox is completely defective and, despite the prominent «100% Satisfaction Guarantee» on the website and sales materials, they are showing no intent to address the issues. I had hoped reaching out to Jordan, who was a very effective sales person, might achieve something but he doesn’t return calls or emails (but they did manage to take the last payment off the credit card, priorities I guess). Approach with caution.

Adam was very helpful when I needed to return to address reprinting a job. When CSS is busy it is very busy. Expect little attention or help, even a brief Q&A, if things are jumpin’. So I maneuvered the new (to me) computers, and as a result my photos were poorly cropped for their size. When I returned the next day, Adam was on the job, all was quiet, computer cropping was explained, and I received exactly the prints I originally envisioned. Nice employees, they just get overwhelmed quickly.

I was initially introduced to click scan share through Paul Newman, whom immediately understood my interest in archiving my families photos and film, some of which spanned over 120 years. Paul was an adamant professional who’s character reassured me right away doing business with him would be exactly as advertised, professional, effective and pleasant. Since getting in contact with Jordan at the Lafayette office, it has been exactly that. My Entire experience has exceeded my expectations both in cost, breadth of services — and most importantly — with the extremely service oriented staff onsite. They truly take the time to educate along the way, aren’t pushy and really take the time to care for your most precious memories. I couldn’t be more pleased to work with them, would recommend them to anyone looking to do a professional scanning or printing job and will definitely be coming back in the future. Just outstanding! I was visiting from out of town for a reunion, two nights before the event I was asked to do a photo presentation last minute. Needless to say… I was more than unprepared! I had a box of old photos in the trunk that I had brought with me to share with my old gal pals… But no way to make a presentation! (Not that I would even know where to start!!) The gentleman at click scan share was very polite and so helpful with choosing a photo scanning option for me and putting them on a CD disc that could be viewed on my lap top! The end product was fantastic and done just in time! Everyone at the reunion loved the slide show and we had such a great time remembering our college days at Berkeley. Thanks so much for the great service!

A very good friend of mine just left Cali to move back to the Midwest. When I asked her what she missed most about The Golden State, she told me about this store. Considering how the gray skies and cold temperatures where she was coming compared to the 70 degree temperature she was leaving, I thought for sure that she was exaggerating.
At an anniversary party a few weeks later, I watched her mom unwrap a faded photo album. In place of the washed out yellowed images that I’d seen on her parents’ coffee table when we were kids, the pages were filled with clear and glossy photos of the moments between her parents’ wedding vows and their 25th year together as a family.
«Your idea?» I asked her. «Nah,» she told me. «The guy at that photo place thought of it.»
I started to laugh at her mock humility, but she wasn’t joking. «Shit,» I told her. «I’d miss that store more than sunshine, too,»

Simple request today. A scan of a single page document with a pdf output, with the output e-​mailed to me. An unbelievable $ 17 cost, if their efforts actually worked! Four bickering employees, with obviously limited computer skills yielded no success after nearly 20 minutes. They only have jpeg output to a google sign on. I went to the Fed Ex Office down the street following the CSS experience, and was able to receive a pdf image loaded on a 16GB monkey thumb drive for about $ 10.00. What kind of person would ever go to click scan share unless they lacked basic computer knowledge? I would advise the staff of CSS to advise customers about their limitations prior to engaging prospective customers.

Adam just helped me with a reprint that was probably caused by something I had done. He and store manager Jordan were both very accommodating and helpful. I inadvertently kept them past closing time and they never said a word. I have used this store a few times and have always been quite happy with their service. The only reason this is not a 5 star is that I don’t print a lot of photos so my experience is a bit limited. From what I have seen — highly recommended…

I went to Click Scan Share today to put together a very large collage project. At first Jeff got me started. He is extremely warm and courteous and helped me out with choosing the right program. He was both professional and charming at the same time. I am not clever with computer programs and he was patient and explained things in a simple way that I could understand. I decided to try doing this on my own. After about 15 minutes, things went «south» and I asked another employee who was nearby for help. I can’t believe how this incredible employee went far beyond the call of duty. He spent several hours helping me finish this project, making sure that every detail was perfect. Although things got busy in the store, he was able to also help other people at the same time and still give me and my project complete attention. He was very much a computer wiz., and had a great professional and warm personality as well. He made the time spent fun. Not only was I able to get my project completed, but it is of extremely professional job quality and I will end up getting all of the credit for what Jordan did for me! I noticed all of the employees are busy, but seem to find the time and patience to help others. I am impressed by the quality of the personnel at this store. Thank you Jordan for all of your help. I will remain a loyal customer to Click Scan Share.

Horrible. Horrible. Will never go back. They continually forgot to print my photos, I had to go in five times and they always said they forgot and needed half an hour more. Very unprofessional and very poor service. My photos turned out horribly and were very blurry but I didn’t want to waste any more of my time waiting for them to corrected their mistakes for the sixth time. Will not be retuning nor recommending to anyone ever.

I was given a heads up about these guys from a co-​worker and I have to say that their service and quality of work has been spectacular. It seems like I have had nothing but neutral experiences with some of the other services in the area, but these guys were able to take all of my old 49ers games on vhs and digitize them so that they will last forever. Great job on a very important personal project of mine!

I am a busy mom of three girls who loves to capture our moments on camera. I am constantly going to to Eva who turns my pictures into amazing prints with the most amazing attention to detail on the colors and exposure. Her staff, Jeff and and Kenny are always so incredibly curteous and patient with my needs. Their customer service is world class and make me feel as if I am the only customer they have. I have been working with Ava and her team for 10+ years… back to the days when they operated as Wolf Camera. The main reason I continued doing business when Click Scan and Share bought the business was because of Ava and her staff!

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. I was very saddened to hear that Wolf Camera was closing. Then I learned that Click-​Scan& Share was opening in the same location and the best part was that the customer service representatives were going to be the same. Their service is outstanding, courteous, professional and they go the «extra mile». I have had very difficult projects throughout the past years and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. They are so patient with me because at times I keep asking the same questions until I understand it. I never go anywhere else for my printing needs and have sent countless friends and family to the Lafayette store because of their outstanding work and they always greet you with a «smile». Keep up the good work Ava and staff. As always my husband says «if I am not at home or at the office, then he can find me at the photo store.»
