I took my car to car tech for a check engine light. I was very pleased with the outcome. The light was on for engine running lean caused by vacuum leak from split vacuum hose. They called in a very timely manner and said car was done and they wasn’t going to charge me anything. I did leave them something for their time & light has been off for about a month now. Thanks!

Horrible customer service! Was recommended to call by mr and mrs tire because they don’t fix heated seats. Called to get approximation. Are we talking a couple hundred or a thousand type of estimate. The guy was rude could not give me any guideline would not let me finish a sentence and basically said good bye and hung up! Definitely lost a potential customer. I needed walking through if it’s just a fuse easy fix cost about this much of its heating coil looking about this much and he wouldn’t even give me that without being rude! On to the next mechanic!
