We specialize in two 30 minute personal training sessions weekly that deliver results. Programs and movements are tailored to your fitness level and goals.
Two basic BodyZing programs are offered:
* Transformation is a 9 week program that combines personal training with nutritional coaching to launch you on a new path to fitness, improved body composition (weight loss) & enhanced wellness.
* Our StayFit programs are targeted at those that have transitioned out of Transformation or already have well established healthy eating habits and are looking for ongoing fitness training.

Our method of Cross-Functional Training has been proven to be one of the most efficient and effective ways to gain lean muscle and lose fat, as well as strengthen the cardiovascular system. Your safety, well-being and goals are always a top priority during training sessions.
Variety of tools are used to challenge your body such as Kettlebells, TRX Suspension & Rip Trainers, Dumbbells, Resistance Bands and even your own body weight. And when combined with training protocols such as HIIT, Tabata, Complexes, Compounds and Intervals… it can have an amazing impact!

After many many years of training… we realized there was a more comprehensive way to focus on fitness training and helping our clients. As personal trainers, we assume a much bigger role for our client’s overall health and wellness. And that’s what BodyZing is about.
