At first I thought the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and was helpful in the beginning. However, after seeing a few used vehicles the sales man helping me became pushy about us purchasing. I began to feel a lot of pressure and it was a major negative in the experience. If I hadn’t had to get a car quickly to replace my old one I would have probably gone elsewhere.
I like my Avalon a lot but I found out recently that I was deceived on the battery placed in my car. I was told that the car had a new battery, spare tire, and a few other things. However my battery was ten years old! So I am not sure if they were dishonest with anything else. All in all I can not completely hate the dealership because our car has run great and we have had very few problems thus far. I am just not okay with being pushed towards a decision without being able to see many options.

Awful. Quoted over $ 50 for a standard oil change and waited nearly two hours.
And I had a scheduled appointment!
They play religious music in the waiting area? Not friendly at all unless you are a white male.

Customer service is NOT important to this business. I brought my vehicle in because it was running rough. I asked to have my vehicle looked at by a technician. The guy at the service desk asked if I bought the vehicle from Bob Rohrman. I said no. From that point on, it was like pulling teeth to get this guy to give me an appointment to diagnose my vehicle. Since it was made very clear by the guy behind the desk that they didn’t need or want my business, I asked if there was another place or location that I could go to, to get my vehicle looked at. After being given a look of disgust, and a long sigh, I was informed that this dealership is the only one that works on Toyota in this area.
I now understand why my friend that bought a Toyota drives an hour plus to another dealer to get her vehicle serviced. She wasn’t kidding, they still treat women as second class citizens at this place. Maybe Old Bob should quit spending so much money on advertising, and use it to give some of his employees lessons in customer service and customer care.

My husband and I were looking for a new car to replace ours that was totaled. I saw online that they had a Honda Pilot but no pictures were available. David Ford went above and beyond to get me some pictures of the Pilot even though they had just got this vehicle in. Upon looking at it I fell in love with it and in person. The following week we went in to purchase and the experience was awesome. Even though this particular Pilot needed some TLC, it’s still everything I wanted. Thanks, David for making a stressful experience for some a pleasant one for us.

I tried giving them some business to service my Toyota/​Lexus but all three times I asked for a service advisor to contact me, their SALES department contacted me instead. I never did hear from their service department. These guys have always been difficult to purchase a car from, now I’m learning it’s equally as difficult to have them service a car.
