Do not bring your car to these people. I brought my husband’s 2015 Audi in this week to have bugs removed from the front. They accidentally used acid on the mirrors, to remove the bugs, which over sprayed and etched the aluminum around the windows ($ 1600 worth of damage). They took a damage report and we were told that we would hear back from Mr Bill Moody, the owner. It’s been 5 days, we still haven’t heard from anyone. Once we did our homework, we realized that they had terrible reviews online and routinely damage vehicles and then refuse responsibility. They already took down their Facebook page due to the bad reviews and hit on their reputation. We will be adding our case to already pending litigation against Mr Moody. To add insult to injury, I still had to pay the $ 24 for the carwash.
