Divinely Dolce is a made to order bakery kitchen that specializes in occasion cakes, wedding cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and occasion specific dessert tables. Each treat is made individually and designed to match your special event. I work with every customer to create desserts that are distinctive and delicious for any celebration.
History
Established in 2013.
My name is Stephanie Biron and I am the owner and baker of Divinely Dolce. I started as a self-taught baker with a passion for cake design who has been baking for friends and family for 7 years before opening Divinely Dolce in 2013. I had an intense IT Corporate job for 8 years and after I had my son I decided I needed a life change. I took my passion to the next level by taking classes and receiving certifications. I have a sugar flower certification from the French Culinary School in New York City and I am currently completing my full pastry chef certification from the Escoffier International Culinary Academy. I love anything sweet and love to make events special with specially sweet items.
