Specialties
I am a practicing, PA state-licensed marriage & family therapist and certified personal trainer with 5+ years in the field. I aim to bring a unique, collaborative counseling experience to my clients. While I remain specialized in traditional individual, adolescent, and family therapy, I also combine therapy with movement/exercise to help combat a wealth of emotional, behavioral, or relationship problems. Target clients? People struggling with major health, lifestyle, or relationship changes due to illness, injury, weight gain/loss and who are trying to adjust. Also, I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mood disorders for those who can’t seem to gain control over symptoms or break negative patterns.
I have a strong belief that our bodies, minds, and hearts have the ability to overcome and heal with the proper blend of counseling, wellness care, and professional collaboration. Whether a well-rounded approach to personal training or general counseling is your need, I aim to give all clients a feeling of capability, strength, and accomplishment!
History
Established in 2013.
I began privately practicing in 2013 after spending 4+ years as an in-home family therapist in Delaware County. Through this work, I began to notice how simple things like diet, exercise, and a strong therapeutic relationship influenced my client’s overall progress and sense of well-being. I obtained my NASM certification for personal training while in this career and fell in love with fitness training, so I knew when I set out on my own, I had to combine the two worlds somehow. Thus, my career path was born! Now, I’m thrilled to help people experience healthy minds AND healthy bodies every day!

Caitlin L.
Business Owner
Caitlin is a Conshohocken/LaFayette Hill based trainer & therapist. She is «systemically trained», meaning client concerns are looked at from a relationship standpoint (how our relationships with people, places, and things in our world influence us). Caitlin teaches fitness classes, privately trains, and sees clients at her counseling practice in both the Roxborough neighborhood of Philadelphia and LaFayette Hill area. She is an avid runner, Crossfit enthusiast, and recognizes that «fitness» is particular to each individual. After all, feeling «fit» is a lifestyle, and everyone’s fitness profile is unique!
