Ladson, SC
I got a uhaul and a car trailer from Jacksonville, Fl and returned it at this location. When I was returning it the worker wanted me to back up the trailer to a specific location and with the help from another worker I attempted to back in the trailer, during this the worker attempted to direct me, causing damage to the trailer by turning to sharp and bending the part that connects to the hitch. I was charged over $ 500 for the damage that was made because the uhaul center wanted the trailer parked somewhere other than where I parked it. The uhaul center refused to take any blame and was very unhelpful when I was asking questions about the damage. I will never use this location again.
