Very clean store and helpful staff. Are always offering to call another store or check if item can ordered and shipped. Hassle free. It’s my favorite location out of the 3 stores that are local for me to drive to.

The computer froze while using my nine year olds gift card that she had gotten for her birthday. The Manager told me I couldn’t use the gift card because the computer froze while using it so my money was lost in the computer. The manager told me to call the 800 number to get my money back. Went into the store again to try to use the gift card I was unable to use the first time I went shopping. After waiting an hour i still was not able to get my money. I walk out of the store again unable to use my daughters gift card she had gotten fir her birthday. The manager told me customer service or the ladera ranch store would call me back but no one ever called me back. They basically stole the money from me and said sorry our computers have no record of your gift card you can never use the gift card. I can’t believe the computers freeze up and they act like it was my error or my fault and they made me walk out of the store two times without giving me my money on my gift card that my friend went and spent her money on to buy my daughter a gift. I still have the gift card which I can’t use because the computer said I already used it yet it was the teller and the manager who apologized at the time for messing up but they can’t give me my money??? I will never shop there again. Worst customer serve I have ever experienced in my entire life.

I took my son back to school shopping here. It was a bit of a drive. Service on day one was fine… except the sales guy forgot to take the security tag of the new backpack. We didn’t take notice until the first day of school. I had to drive 30 minutes to get the thing off and that day the sales associate was not particularly helpful. He did remove the tag, all while ignoring my question regarding the new backpack sale going on. He had taken a call while helping me and couldn’t be bothered to help me anymore. The girl at the next register didn’t offer up any help either. It appeared the backpack was now on sale for 10.00 off and no one would answer me when I asked if this was now on sale. It’s not like there was a line or anything. I walked out the door with the impression no one wanted to give it to me for the sale price even though the only reason I was there was because they forgot to remove the tag in the first place. I like Tilly’s for my kids, but there are plenty of other stores to shop in.

The employees at this location were more helpful than at other locations. The selection is the same as at other stores, but a little«cleaner”– less bro brands and not as much LOST or Famous stuff. More Billabong/Roxy– makes sense in the neighborhood. I just grabbed a necklace here, but their undies look pretty cute– I might have to go back. Crap, I feel like I’m way too old to be shopping here.
