History

Established in 2009.

Qik Fix LLC was born out of necessity having bought my wife an iPhone and having her break it twice within three weeks. The AppleCare program was a costly option after paying $ 499+ for the phone itself at the beginning and would have exhausted the terms of Apple’s AppleCare program in that short period of time. After adding it up I would have spent over $ 275 for repairs and premiums with no further coverage. I know others were in the same boat so my first thought was if a human could put it together I could take it apart. So like any guy I took the phone apart and then fixed it!

After people at work saw me fixing her phone at my desk it became an instant hit and this was my Aha moment. I realized people where right there who needed my help and didn’t know where to go to or had the time to spend an hour+ waiting at a repair shop. Fixing their problem in a spot they felt comfortable meant better service and people who could refer friend from to a trusted source.
