I got lucky finding this company as well as Chris and Brian. They installed my 50″ TV and sound bar on a brick wall over a fireplace. I was impressed with their professionalism and great attention to detail, and we’re neat and clean. They did a beautiful job patching up the wall. They let me know what they thought was best for the job. I also thought the price was fair. I am 100% pleased, and will highly recommend them to others.

Best guys around. Have come thru every time from tvs to sonos to boat tvs. He responds within moments of a text and shows up whenever needed to update our equipment. Has never charged us once for any of my many extra calls and secondary visits. The work is stellar and creative. Even a super tricky install in a small boat cabin looks flawless and hooked up with an Apple TV. That’s a first. Call them first and save yourself headaches.

Chris removed an old wall mount and television and installed them in another room. He then installed a new wall mount and television where the old installation had been. Excellent job! Very neat and professional looking installations and he even cleaned up after the work was completed. I highly recommend this company.

The team at Perfected Innovations are first rate. I called from Costco yesterday while purchasing a new TV. The scheduler worked around my morning meetings and got me locked in for an installation time that worked for me. Chris and Brian are on the installation team, these guys showed up on time, in company shirts so they were recognizable. I gave them all my wants and consulted with them on a number of variables. They provided great insights and perspective. Once we agreed on the plan, they were off to the races. These guys hustle! They are totally electrically proficient, they put in a new outlet and their fit and finish work was clean. They are meticulous with their installation approach, tools organized whipped down and vacuumed as they went. I am giving them and the company my highest recommendation, I got lucky, hopefully you read this before making your selection. If you do, luck will not be needed.

This is a Unilocal Re-​Review…
My prior 8÷25÷2015 Unilocal review was not so pretty for PI. So here goes with my me-​a-​copa (Through my falt) regarding that first review. This was more of a verbal misunderstanding from an olé guy (me) more than anything else.
PI came through with a on time quality service call today and made all well again. Soooo nice! Plus the owner spoke with my wife after the call to make sure all was well… He did that in spades!
I clearly appreciate how this was handle and will recomend PI to my friends.

Christian and Brian are awesome! They came when I called last minute on a Friday, mounted my mom’s new 4k TV perfectly, and super fast, and were extremely helpful the whole time. They helped me decide how and where to mount it and reminded me of things I hadn’t even thought of, like furniture and cable lengths– the best!
Oh, they also filled a few holes that were in my wall. Top service.

I called on a Wednesday afternoon. They seemed very professional. They made recommendations as to what I might need and gave me a written quote. I asked for an install appointment for that Friday. They said yes they could do it between 3PM and 5PM and would call when they were on their way.
At 2:45 on Friday I had not heard anything and I called. I was told that they were still doing the installation at the other location and would be there. I said ok. At 5PM no one had called yet and I was getting a little nervous. At 5:05 I received an email saying, «Bad News they were not going to make it, the install was complete but the crew was in Long Beach and with Friday traffic they wouldn’t make to me until 7PM». We needed to reschedule.
I probably wouldn’t have been so annoyed, however, I had called earlier to confirm and was told that they would be there, also I received no phone call but an email telling me this. How could I reschedule through an email? I wasn’t even given any options in the email for a reschedule, so who knew when it would be rescheduled for.
I responded immediately to the email, and got no response.
I found another company and they installed the TV perfectly they way we wanted it for over $ 100.00 less and they did it on Saturday and showed up on time.
Still never heard from these folks.
