Montessori of Ladera Ranch

MOLR has been the biggest blessing for us and our 2 boys (ages 3 & 5). We ALL love this school and the staff is fantastic. In our short time here, this school has made a huge impact on our family and has felt like home since day one. The director Melissa is very warm, welcoming and very professional to work with, and that to us is priceless. My kids instantly gravitated to their teachers, school environment and the teaching style. They LOVE going to school now and as a parent that is so rewarding. We as parents enjoy having connections with all the teachers/​staff, whom are all so nurturing, patient, kind & compassionate. It’s amazing to be a part of a school that you feel completely comfortable and welcomed. I feel completely confident and at peace knowing my kids are respected, nurtured and have a great curriculum. Wish we started our kids here earlier.

My son has attended this school for 5 years. I can’t express my gratitude in words for the confidence, encouragement and academics they’ve showed and taught my child. I truly believe the environment has instilled the most important core attributes in my son. Now he’s 6 and transferring to a public school. He used to cry and be intimidated, but with the guidance and encouragement of MOLR, he walked into a new school with the swagger of a rock star! The Director, Mrs. Melissa Scott is extremely passionate about her job and oversees the progress of all students! She has a wealth of knowledge about child development and will share it freely. She hand picks the teachers and makes sure they are groomed and schooled about the Montessori way. She’s wonderful!!! She addresses any issue you bring to the table with her expertise and goes above and beyond her job duty! We are so grateful for her, the Assistant Director Ms. Lauren and the staff! They treat every individual with love, true passion, and care. I attribute them (above what my husband and I could offer) for giving my child a solid foundation of confidence and self-​love! Thank you MOLR! I highly recommend them!

Great school, we’ve had multiple kids go through and even though each one was different they have each had a great experience. Ms. Karen (the 2 to 3 year old class teacher) is wonderful and is a master at potty training the kids. Best pre school in the LR area.

After 2 years we have gotten to the end of a fantastic journey at MOLR, my two beautiful angels (Emily & Sabrina) are sadly at the last day of school. I have nothing but happy memories and good things to say about the staff and school. my girls have grown and learned so much and all thanks’ to MOLR family. When you get to the end of a stage in life and you feel sadness because you won’t have that part of your life anymore, and me personally seeing my family feeling this sad tells me that it has been good and a lot of love was offered and received. Thank each and every one of you, you will be in our hearts for ever.

The director, Melissa, really cares about the safety and well-​being of the students at this Montessori location. The school is very clean inside. The restrooms throughout are sanitized and smell good. An overall great school to enroll your kids in.

Love the teachers at this school. They are dedicated and extremely hard working.
