Mathnasium of Ladera Ranch

We moved from the Irvine Mathnasium 6 months ago and were nervous about starting at a new place however we were pleasantly surprised… Lisa and her staff are exceptional! My daughter is finally ‘getting it’…her exact words are «Mathnasium explains it in a way that makes sense to me». Believe it or not she asks me every day after school if she can go to «Math». Can’t ask for much more from a 5^th grader

Mathnasium has been a great tool for my son to having success in his math. His confidence has gone up and he really enjoys going! He has enjoyed working with all the employees there. They are all friendly and ensure that he understands the concepts before moving on. Thank you!

We’ve had a great experience with mathnasium. Lisa the owner and her staff are very attentive and diligent in working with the students and making sure they communicate the students progress and areas for improvement. The integrative approach of word problems and numerical fluency, along with other common core aligned lessons kept my daughter engaged and challenged. She thoroughly enjoyed going to the center. It has reinforced confidence and interest in math for her. Great owners, that really care for the development of the student. The center has a welcoming environment and the reward cards and spin the wheel were also effective as incentives for completing prescriptives/​lessons.

My daughter just completed the summer program and had a great experience. She was excited to go math and earn prizes. Mathnasium kept her fresh on her math and had her ready to go into the new academic year confident and prepared for math. I loved the ease of showing up without appointments and the availability and flexibility of the tutors. The tutors were outstanding and loved the new owners!

We started coming here this summer to get my kids some extra help with math over the summer break. My daughter was slipping in math and needed some extra help. We didn’t know much about Mathnasium but thought we would give it a shot. My kids were unsure and nervous about it and thought they were going back to school.
However, Lisa and the staff welcomed them with smiles, joy, and a prize from the shelf. Within a week they were hooked and now they love coming every day. They really do get excited when I tell them we will be going to Mathnasium. (This shocked me that they liked it so much, since I never did enjoy math).
They frequently get one-​on-​one help from their great staff and always tell me stories about their lives (which one is getting married, where they go to school, what their favorite food is, etc.). They have become friends that they look forward to seeing.
I am so glad we decided to come here this summer and I know it will really help my kids as they return to school this fall. I highly recommend this Mathnasium.
BTW, we got the summer package so we can attend 20 times. We can come in anytime M-​Th and don’t need an appointment. A+ for Ladera Mathnasium.

Don’t waste your money! They double charged me (and fought me the entire time) took forever to get my money back! My daughter didn’t learn anything, they just gave her the answers to her homework!

A complete scam! Don’t sign up they will charge you even when you tell them you only need two months! And don’t try to speak to the owner he’s in on the scam. Mediocre tutoring and can’t keep tutors very long. Would have given zero stars if an option.
