Amazing amazing characters my party was on 11÷07÷15 my baby was wowed by elza and anna specially little mermaid their all beautiful they take their time with the kids the pictures no rush to leave even when they reached their time my grandpa wanted a pic with them and they even came back just to please my grandpa i was very satisfied thank you for the magical day!!!

My party was last year, however I was asked for a recommendation of «princesses» for parties and I pulled out enchanted entertainments business card because of how awesome they are. So I got on here to write a review. First of all I should have done this last year! Secondly I want to say thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and people skills, especially «kid» skills. You made our party shine! We had Ana and Elsa and they were phenomenal! The kids loved them and they did an amazing job. I recommend this business to anyone and everyone that asks about hiring a princess, I know several people who have used them since my party and they were just as happy! You won’t be sorry! And their prices are very reasonable. I spent a long time researching last year and I will use them every time I have a need for a princess! Thanks again, you guys are amazing!

Let me start by saying I would 100% recommend this company to anyone and everyone! We just had my daughters 7th birthday party and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Gillian made booking so wonderful and pleasant, she took the time to call and confirm and we even had a late night pajama party and they were still willing to come to the party at an unusual hour. Once the princess arrived she called in advance to make sure everything was set up and it all worked out amazingly! My daughter was so surprised. The whole performance was spectacular and all the kids and adults were so impressed. Now I can’t wait for my youngest daughters parties and all the princesses we will be booking in the future!

We hired Ana for our Frozen party! She was Gorgeous. As authentic as you can get, and great with the children, The children loved her. She is as sweet as can be, and has a Beautiful voice. She sang several songs from FROZEN, including, Let it Go!!! It was the party of a lifetime!!! We are so grateful that this company hires awesome and friendly staff!!! Thank you!!! Very HAPPY!!!

This company is the real deal. The girls and the costumes are some of the best I have seen at events and parties, This company goes above and beyond in my book and truly makes the experience unforgettable for the children as well as their parents. The talent, training and the love of entertaining children comes through.

The communications in the pre-​planning was poor. The husband would answer the phone and wouldn’t have the answers I needed, so he would say he would have the wife call me back, but she wouldn’t so I would have to keep calling back. When I FINALLY spoke to the wife, who seems to know more of the details, we went over how I wanted the princesses to call me and make a «grand» entrance with my daughter. Well they wandered the parking lot until several of my guests spotted them and I had to go out and get them and by then all the kids, including my daughter saw them. Completely blew the surprise and entrance. The performance itself was cute and interactive, but was very disappointed in the details and communication. I didn’t complain to them only because they were referred by a friend, but wouldn’t use them again.

We booked the sisters package this past weekend and they made my daughter’s Frozen party a hit! It was awesome that the princesses stayed in character the entire time. They were very believable and the costumes and wigs were realistic. The characters were also very easy going and went with the flow of the party and what the kids wanted to do next. The tiara Elsa presented to my daughter was darling and made her feel super special. It would have been awesome if they also did face-​painting or magic (that would have required more time and an additional charge). The company was responsive when booking, but not easy to get a hold of tr confirm details thereafter, so I took a star off for that. Hopefully that was a one-​off. Overall, we are happy with the booking.

Princess Elsa was absolutely perfect at my daughter’s 5th birthday party. I am very happy with the whole experience from the start. I had to change the date for my party a couple of times, but James made things very easy for me and never made me feel uncomfortable about anything. Thank you so much for being on time and making my daughter’s birthday a success! :)

My husband and I are both former Disneyland cast members and long-​time annual pass holders, so when my daughter wanted a princess themed birthday, we were initially hesitant to book a princess to come to her party. We are used to the high standards held within the park and we only wanted to book someone who could provide her with the same type of experience. After researching, I was fairly confident that Enchanted Entertainment would be the best choice. Once Aurora (Gillian) arrived, any hesitation I had was quickly laid to rest. Her costume, hair, and makeup were equal to what I have seen in the park and her performance was unsurpassed. She was kind and engaging with all of the children (ages 2 – 6) and was especially attentive to my daughter, who was so star struck she often forgot that she was playing a game or learning a dance! This experience far exceeded any of my expectations and I highly recommend Enchanted Entertainment. Based on this experience, I can see my daughter requesting another princess party in the future, and if she does I will be calling!

The Frozen Princesses were a big hit at our kids’ birthday party on March 16. Every girl, boy and parent were enthralled. They looked and acted like they were real Disney princesses – Disneyland quality costume, hair, makeup and presentation. My husband asked a million questions and the princesses stayed in character the whole time. He was really impressed. The crowning touch was the presentation of a crystal tiara to our birthday girl so she could be an honorary princess. She loved it!
Thank you so much for helping make my daughter’s dream come true on her birthday! We’ll definitely refer your company to friends and family.

Wow! My daughter had a princess themed 4th birthday party. She really wanted Snow White to make an appearance. After looking on the web, I decided to go with Enchanted Entertainment. I was nervous that the princess would not look like a true Disney princess, but she was perfect! Her costume and look was right on! She read a story, played games and sang Happy Birthday. It will be a birthday party we will not forget. I would highly recommend!

I recently threw a Mad Hatter Tea Party Unbirthday for my daughter’s 9th Birthday! While planning all the details, I knew that a Wonderland party would need an Alice! I recently had seen Enchanted Entertainment’s pictures and past events on their Facebook page and because of their past experiences with Disney, I knew that their performance would be amazing! They only thing I was hesitant about was the fact that my daughter is getting to the age where princess parties aren’t so cool. I contacted Enchanted Entertainment and expressed my concern and they tailored their performance to her age level. After much planning, they day had arrived as did Alice (Gillian)! All the guest (adults included) and Birthday Girl were surprised and excited! Alice played Musical Chairs, Painted the Roses Red and Decorated Teacups with the kids. Alice was a hit and was the talk of the party for the rest of the Golden Afternoon!
I HIGHLY recommend Enchanted Entertainment! Very professional and «On Stage» from the minute she walked in the door to the minute she walked out!
