This place is a complete disaster. Botched order, then delivered it to the wrong table (but they didn’t realize it and started eating, lol.). No toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. I don’t expect a lot from DQ, but the management needs to check in on this one.

Got to the elm Mott store the service here is slow and every time I have been there they messed up our order. There drive threw only works half the time. They take your order then you must repeat it back at the pickup window. Was a good store now it’s a joke.

The service was excellent! They are friendly and courteous. The place is an original DQ and it was great! Will stop here on way to and from Austin every time.

Ordered a large Choco Cherry Love Blizzard and paid for extra cherries and chocolate. The bottom third of the blizzard was plain vanilla. I doubt they even added the extra cherries and chocolate. If you order blizzards here, make sure you stay and finish it before you go so you get the whole order correctly made. I added pictures.

We were traveling from Dallas to Austin around 4PM on 10 – 1 and got off of I-​35 to go to this DQ. At the stoplight, a guy was walking in the crosswalk picking his nose and flicking it continuously. We made fun of him until, while ordering our Blizzards, he came into the restaurant, straight to the kitchen and began preparing food — without washing his hands!!! The only reason this location gets 2 stars is because we didn’t order anything this guy prepared and the girl who made the Blizzards was very nice.

Their food was very very fresh and piping hot!!! I was just a little distracted from the smell of goat dookie on the side of the restaurant though. It was kind of a turn off. They took a pretty decent amount of time for us to get our food but hey, it was hot and fresh and ready for my mouth. It’s a nice place to stop if there’s no place else to grab a quick yummy bite. I’ll choose this over te McDonald’s any day :)
