Contigiani’s Catering Service

We used this catering service for our wedding two weeks ago! From the first time we met the staff at our tasting everything was perfect. Our tasting was private and the owner and Erin were very accommodating to our requests. Throughout all the planning, Erin made sure we had all our questions answered, and helped throughout the way!!! We used this service for both our rehearsal dinner, and our reception. The food was delicious!!! Having the catering for two occasions, we had lots of variety and everything was perfect! The service throughout the wedding was exceptional! Erin made sure my husband and I were served and comfortable! Everyone has been raving about the beef tenderloin and stuffed chicken breast we served! Thank you so much to the entire staff for making this such a great experience.

Jim has come through for our Rotary Club with variety and quality of buffet offerings weekly!
He is conscious of our budget for a club of 125 members but does not skimp on quality.

For at least the past two years, Lakes Region Community College has held their awards ceremony at Pheasant Ridge Country Club. In the past, these events have been exquisitely catered by LRCC’s Culinary students. Upon choosing Pheasant Ridge as a venue, Contigiani’s Catering came part and parcel. I have heard nothing but disappointment in regards to the change.
The staff was fine; friendly and efficient. While the selection of food was impressive, it was mostly bland and in some cases just unappealing, particularly the vegetables, which had a strange taste and rubbery texture.

Jim had a great menu, lots of options, and handled everything I asked of him. He even went above and beyond by including an extra bread item for presentation-​sake.
The food was amazing and we got many compliments from our guests about it. They provided all the plates, place settings, linens, etc. Great guy, made fair concessions on pricing when we changed things around, and even made a special vegetarian plate for one guest out of about 100.
My *only* minor issue is that he’s not easy to get on the phone or to email you back. He’s a busy guy, though, and he says he’s going to get a blackberry so he can stay in touch better while he’s on the road working. I couldn’t deduct a star just for that, though, because when you do talk to him he’ll absolutely reassure you that he’ll make it happen.
