Very impressed with their work and customer service. My escalade looks better than when I bought it. They were professional and did a great job. Definitely using wicked again.

Great detailing service! I called them up to talk about getting my car detailed and they laid out a fair quote and the possible up charges which they stuck to.
I have a 12 year old black civic I always have had trouble making look clean and they did a great job polishing up the paint and getting the inside immaculate. I doubt my car looked this good rolling off the factory floor.

My 2005 Toyota 4-​Runner was in DIRE need of a cleaning. The last time I got it «professionally» (in quotes because I could have probably done a better job than they did) detailed was over 4 years ago. The outside of my car looked awful — more grey than white, headlights were completely opaque, just horrible. The inside — well, lets just say I have a 3-​year-​old who likes to snack constantly. Crumbs, juice spills, french fries, dust, you name it. Bottom line, it’s an 11-​year-​old car that looks and smells its age. Not good.
I did my homework before deciding to go with Wicked Detailing. I called around to a few places and John was by far the most knowledgeable — he knows his car stuff! Their prices were comparable to other detailing businesses in the Lacey/​Olympia area (he quoted me $ 250 for my SUV). The best part? He offered to come to my house to do the detailing! As a parent with a child in a car seat, this is amazing — figuring out how to get home, pick up the car, and deal with car seat issues is such a hassle.
John and two ladies arrived right on time. He went over every inch of my car with me to explain what he could do. He said there was a chance that I could pay an additional $ 25 depending on the work he had to do, which I was more than fine with. They got to work with all their own tools they brought.
Three hours later — my car looks BRAND NEW. Seriously. It’s amazing. The white is SHINING (you can actually see all the little scratches and dents now that were once covered in dirt!). The headlights are CRYSTAL CLEAR. I have no idea how they did it. It’s incredible. And the inside? IMPECCABLE. It could seriously pass for new. And the SMELL! The old, musty smell is gone — it smells so incredibly fresh and clean.
I told my husband it looked brand new and he didn’t believe me. Well, his jaw dropped when he got home and he looked over every inch of it in disbelief. He can’t wait to get his car detailed by them too!
They are worth every single penny. Trust me, I’m not easily impressed and I’m pretty hard on businesses — I expect great work and great customer service. Wicked Detailing delivered. I’ll be recommending them to everyone now.

I backed into a white-​painted post with my red car and it left a horrible paint mark stretching from the tail light all the way to the bottom of my car.
I feared that it was going to be a pricey fix. I did a little research with some detailing companies in the area but none were as positively revered as Wicked Detailing. I called them up and made an appointment. They quoted me at $ 125 for my small sedan and the quote stayed true. They will come to you if you have access to water/​power. Living in an apartment, I did not. I travelled to them. We did have trouble finding it because it was in a housing development but we called up John and he was happy to help us find them.
Dropped the car off for an exterior detail and in about two hours it was ready. I was absolutely AMAZED when I saw my car! I couldn’t believe how awesome it looked! John was able to get all the paint off (thankfully) and had the rest of the car/​tires just SHINING! Will definitely be returning for an interior detail soon and although the product he uses for the exterior detail can last an extremely long time, I almost hope it doesn’t so I can go back and visit Wicked Detailing again soon!

Not only did Wicked Detailing honor a gift certificate my wife gave me almost a year ago, they also did an awesome job of cleaning my work truck. After it was all done he walked me around my truck to show me how to prevent further damage to the paint, and how to take care of it better than I had been. It was like getting into a brand-​new truck! I couldn’t recommend these folks more. Wish there was a 6 star option. Great job Wicked! I will be coming back.

My white Prius had paint overspray, industrial gunk, yellow headlights, dirty arm rest and carpets and ceiling. Now, after Wicked ganged up on it? It looks mahhhvelous! The only thing that doesn’t look brand new inside and out are the few tiny dings on my bumper (not that I expected them to do anything about that!). They showed up on time, went three way on it with industrial machines, clayed the hell out of the paint, and I just could not be happier!

From the first phone call John was very knowledgeable. He was extremely accommodating and traveled an hour with his wife and adult daughter to work on our vehicles. You can tell this is a family that takes pride in their work and business. They came prepared with all materials necessary, worked non-​stop till the job was done. The attention to detail was impressive and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I was incredibly pleased with the job that Wicked Detailing did to my Mercedes and Truck. I was not only pleased with the detailing (which was probably the best detail I have ever seen), but he was very helpful and accommodating to the detail price. Punctuality is a pet peeve of mine and wicked detailing arrived and departed directly on time. I highly recommend their services.

Very impressed with all their work. We had two vehicles interior done. They were fast, great attention to detail and works very hard to remove mildew in one vehicle and pet hair in another. Wicked detailing does an awesome job and they’re very personable… would highly recommend!

My wife purchased the Living Social deal to get both of our cars detailed. I was very impressed with the interior detailing. The leather seats in our 2008 Honda Accord looks awesome, and the interior in our 2002 GMC Yukon looks almost new.

I had a mold problem in my SUV and hired John & his team to help me out. They did a full detail with mold treatment on the interior and my car hasn’t looked this good since I bought it. The service was quick and thorough and I am very impressed with the whole process and the end result. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great auto detail service.

John and the Wicked team did a great job on both of our vehicles. They came to my house and wrapped it up in about three hours. They also made recommendations for additional services that made a lot of sense. We plan to have them do the additional work as well.
Bottom line, Our auto’s have never looked better.

Purchased 2 car package via Groupon.
On time mobile appointment, great attention to detail. Kind, courteous, and professional. Employee explained the entire process on the phone when booking, followed up prior to my appointment, and called again after my detail to ensure we received good service.
Was told in advance (and on the Groupon deal itself) that the 2^nd vehicle would be extra, so that wasn’t a surprise (and it’s actually industry standard for large vehicles)
No problems with booking, no cancellation, no complaints whatsoever. Will definitely hire Wicked again.

Not sure what some of these crazies are talking about. Bought the living social deal– called after the holidays (duh, who calls around Christmas and New Years and actually expects immediate service) got my date and they came and cleaned two cars. I had to wait a bit after purchasing, but hey– it got done today! Cars looked incredible. I mean every crevice was cleaned out and looked immaculate. They got some major pet stains, dog barf, pet hair and who knows what else out of my car. I paid exactly what I was quoted. Amazing deal. Especially since we’re all on here checking this because we are TOO lazy to clean our own cars.
The fact that Unilocal is filtering these reviews and making this company look shady really makes me doubt the validity and accuracy of Unilocal and all it’s «devout» followers.
Don’t be sneaky, let people post the truth.

I had a great experience with Wicked. I’m NOT good at keeping my car clean and am getting it ready to sell.
I took it in needing carpets shampooed, there was green algae or something growing on the rubber strips that the windows come up through, and it had sap spots in the roof.
They cleaned all of this up, and more. The car was shiny as it could have been, they got in all the cracks and crevices.
They were great to deal with. I called up on fairly short notice to reschedule my appointment and they happily accommodated me.
My girlfriend wants to get her car detailed too and I’ve got no problem sending her to Wicked.

I’ve gotten my cars detailed at a couple locations and this is the best! This is the second time I’ve used their services and the quality was consistent both times. They get into all the books and crannies of the car so it’s not just a basic detail.
For the complaints about customer service and timing: the first time I booked it was in the summer and I bought an Amazon local deal. It took two days for them to call me back and I had to wait almost three months to get an appointment. But that’s what I get for trying to book a car detailing with a cupon in June in Washington. Everyone booked for the same time. They did honor my cupon after the expiration date. The second time I called it was in December and they called me back in less than 15 minutes and I had an appointment for the following week. They didn’t answer right away but it’s a small business and they work out of their home so I don’t expect or need them to answer.
For the complaints about them charging extra: I have a 7 seater SUV and a sedan. I paid an extra $ 25 plus tax for the SUV but it is still cheaper than any other place I’ve been to. I keep my cars fairly clean but I have two, soon to be three kids so they’re not perfect. My advice is to be realistic on the quality. They don’t work magic so if your car is filthy or has big stains they might not be able to get them all out but that’s reality. They will however spend the time to address all areas of your car and get out more stains than the other more commercial businesses I’ve been to.
Final point is on location. They work out of their home which could be less convenient since there’s no waiting room. I scheduled my visits on a day I could drop both cars off and take off for a couple hours. If you plan it in advance, you’ll be fine.
It sounds like there are new owners as my review is different than the ones from years past. Bottom line is I think they do a good job and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a car detail in Thurston County.

Today I was fully refunded from Living Social although my voucher had been expired for quite some time. (over a year) Although I am thankful to have my $ 99 back, my purpose from the beginning was to share my experience in the hope of helping others avoid possible headache. The experience I had stands. Last summer a check promised by Wicked Detailing never came and their claim that they lost our phone number and address, true or not, demonstrates poor business practices in my opinion. Cat B. claims to have fired some employee and has a new standard for excellence moving forward. I hope that’s so. All I can share is my own experience and that’s what I’ve shared. I did want to write and share that I was refunded. I appreciated that.

Bought a living social coupon a few months back. Finally called for an appointment. They got me in 2 weeks from the time I called. They did a fantastic job on the two cars they worked on. Quick and professional. They tripped my breakers a few times until we figured out where to plug the vacuums in to. They only lost a star because they didn’t bring the chemicals to remove the tree sap from my car. They did, however, tell me what I could get at an auto parts store to do it myself, or offered to have me come by their business to take care of it.
I recommend them.

We had a great experience. Yes, we had to wait many months after the expiration date to use the service. I did wait until it was almost expired to call, so part was my fault. I was just happy they did the job. The price they charged was so low compared to what is on the market. They came on the day they said they would. They didn’t know that mine was a van and said it was in such good condition that I would be okay. I appreciated it. They were both very professional and did a great job. I was happy for all the work and felt it was worth the wait. I would recommend them to anyone. It was scorching hot and I felt bad for them having to work labor in the elements. I asked if I could get a wax job at that time, he couldn’t do it then, but offered to wash if for free and come back again. We were overall pleased with everything. They got a stain out that I couldn’t. I only gave it 4 stars because of the wait. I also understand if you are selling a service that cheap, that you can only do so many each week and stay in business. I was getting a deal and I understood.
I will have them back, at full price next time.

Horrible!!! Bought a living social coupon in March and finally got my detail today… While the detail was average, the customer service and hassle of putting up with a condescending attitude was not worth it. I even asked them to give me my money back and we can just forget about the whole thing but they wouldn’t do it. Today when they actually did the work, they complained about how dirty my car was… it was going to be $ 25 extra plus another $ 25 because it’s an SUV. Well yea… if my car was clean I wouldn’t need a detail right? NEVER use this company… they are just awful!
