This company iS GREAT! Jim the salesman gave first rate advice and customer service during the ENTIRE process. Lots of service oriented employees fom the office staff to the template measurer, to the installers, to the accounting people. High regards to the owner and Jim for allowing me to make a last minute edge proffle change. Prices very reasonable and they take credit cards. I give them 5 stars PLUS!

My mom had solid surface counter tops installed. While I will say they were professional and helpful in planning, choosing and scheduling, the installation was a disappointment. They did precise templating around rounded corners in a bay window and described a terrific way to incorporate the bay window piece to the bar counter, however installation did not include any of the great features. In fact squared off around the round corner left a whole in each side of the window piece. One edge was completely forgotten. Seams VERY noticeable. They came back and did the edge that was forgotten right away, but were not at all concerned about the look of the rest of it. Ended up filling the square edges around the window rounded corners with silicone filler. Said that was the best they could do and that is the way it is. We heard good things about them, but were disappointed.

TOPS did a great job with my granite counters in my new kitchen. It went smoothly and efficiently. I went to the warehouse, chose my granite, they came out and measured and one week later, installed the most gorgeous granite! It was a pleasure to do business with such an outstanding company, and their showroom attendants were very knowledgeable and efficient.

TOPS did our kitchen and master bathroom countertops for our custom home build. They were nothing but professional. John & Valerie were super helpful when it came time to find the perfect countertop to coordinate with our color scheme. Then we were fortunate enough to have them custom build us a kitchen nook table to match the granite on the kitchen countertops. It turned out just amazing. Exactly what we envisioned.

Tops Solid Surface just completed a remodel project in our home. Initially, we interviewed several contractors and presumed we needed to hire one to manage our project. Since several of our friends have used Tops Solid Surface for countertops, cabinets and tile, we decided to stop in and look at some options as we were excited to start the process of choosing materials for our work. The design team of Samantha, Meghanne and owner Valerie were enthusiastic and as they met with us to review product and color options, we learned that we could recolor some of our existing tile surfaces, which included some floor area, saving both demo and mess and creating real savings which ultimately allowed us the additional budget allowance needed to upgrade to full height tile backsplashes in our kitchen. We worked with Tops to formulate a calendar schedule and they also offered to coordinate the plumber and electrician for us! It was then we realized that we didn’t need a contractor to oversee our project. Every phone call during the process was very pleasant and all of my questions were answered.
We now have beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, and recolored tile floors. We added one remnant quartz vanity countertop and one solid surface shower enclosure which, as promised is a dream to keep clean. They also ordered all the plumbing fixtures and our glass shower door which suit our taste very well. The installers were conscientious, and left our project area clean at the end of each day. Although we are glad the three weeks of work is completed, we have to say, we will miss their smiling faces each morning! Thank you Tops Solid Surface team, for a job well done. You are certain to see our referred family and friends in your showroom in the near future.

We had a great experience with Tops. They worked with our tight budget and time frame to get things installed in a timely manner. We were able to use a remnant to get the counter done much more cheaply and they had exactly what we wanted. We had a million questions and all of them were answered well.

Excellent experience with Tops Solid Surface. I had new countertops installed in my kitchen, and wet bar. The stone is beautiful and the quality of work is superior. The company employees are extremely courteous and professional.
