The staff was not rude, but I felt they could be a little more outgoing since they are dealing with kids. Although they are aimed towards working on children, I wondered how much training they had in pediatrics. My son was okay with the place, but he was just in for a cleaning and check up. I’m not sure I’ll taking him back just because I want my son to love going to the dentist and I’m not convinced this is the place.

We had a 9:30 appointment for our 15 month old. We were taken back to the cubicle at about 9:35. By 10 we still hadn’t seen the dentist. Our child is patient, but she(and I) had enough. The staff was friendly enough, but I would never return. I expected a professional that met his appointments, apparently not.

So far so good. My Daughter cried a little at the cleaning but that was to be expected(first time to a dentist.) overall experience there was chill, kid friendly and had very nice staff. Set up her next appointment, so we will see how it goes in a few short 6 months! A tip to the dr and staff: Make it a little more«kid» friendly. Put some stickers on the wall, some posters, things like that so it feel more kid/young adult friendly.
