Not impressed with the customer service from front desk staff. Even though there was only one person in front of me I had to wait 30 minutes for a blood draw. They moved at a snails pace. The tech who drew my blood was friendly and efficient though.

Is this the worst, most horrible, most depressing lab in Olympia? Well, I haven’t been to them all, so I can’t say precisely. I will say that it is the single worst lab experience I have ever had. It’s in a dark strip mall-​style medical plaza. Everyone there looks like they are strung-​out or suicidal. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable. The customer service is non-​existent. It is like a really long, boring, depressing movie about waiting for a blood draw, filmed in Russian and subtitled in German, in which nothing. ever. happens.
This morning I waited half an hour to start a three hour test (which I had been fasting for 12 hours for). I overheard some elderly people (who were far in front of me in line) asking how much longer they had to wait. An employee told them she had no idea how long it would be and things just take how long they take. At this point, I gave up and left. I will do my labs somewhere else and try to block out the memories of this place. Blech.
