I had been a customer at another company and had probably the worst possible customer service experience ever. I immediately canceled my car insurance with them, leaving me extremely frustrated and with an urgent need to find new insurance with only a few hours remaining in the business day. In addition to several other companies, I contacted Kevin to discuss my options.
Not only was Kevin very friendly, he was able to quickly give me the information and quote I was looking for. It was even less than what we were paying with the other place! By the time I reached his office after leaving work, he’d already completed the paperwork. And, he found several other ways to save me even more money once I met with him. It was a no-​brainer to sign up with State Farm through Kevin. My urgent need for new insurance was fulfilled and the frustration I’d experienced with the other company was eased by Kevin’s immediate attention to my specific needs.
A few days later, Kevin noticed an error that was made in the paperwork and contacted me immediately. He’d already fixed it and discovered that because this error was fixed, I would save even more money. Since everyone makes mistakes, it was nice to see someone who double-​checked everything and immediately addressed the discrepancy rather than tried to place blame or make the problem worse.
When I needed renter’s insurance to move into my apartment, Kevin was quick to get me the changes and the documentation I needed before I could move in. That personal attention and speedy service just isn’t available with the 1 – 800 number companies. I highly recommend Kevin!
