What speaks better than 5 stars? Jimmy personally worked on my truck. Customer service was outstanding. I was involved in the whole process, unlike other shops where they won’t let you anywhere near the garage. He talked to me while he was working, and explained what he was doing, and never got irritated with my questions.
I have gotten work done at many shops, and I felt welcome I this one.
The price was great, and this has become my new shop.
The best way I can sum this up: I would send my grandmother here alone, and I know they would give her the same treatment. ‘Nuff said.

My tailpipe rusted through and fell off while driving cross country to my new home in Lacey. Jimmy’s was able to replace my rusted out muffler and installed a new tailpipe on very short notice for a fair price. The staff was friendly and completed the job in no time. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have used them twice so far and have had outstanding customer service on both occasions. Very prompt service as well. With any service company it is almost guaranteed that things will pop up that are unexpected whether it be plumbing or mechanical work or what have you. Nice guys and very up front. Would highly recommend them!

I came in and they saw my car right away. I needed a muffler and exhaust. He was able to custom weld and design it for my crummy old 1997 Land Rover. Amazing price, great on time. He was honest, and upfront. If there was a service he didn’t provide, he recommended a place for it. Outstanding.
