Let me start by saying I love the citrus smell walking into Jamba Juice! They have friendly personnel!!! Love their smoothies!!!

I loved my smoothie. Good morning start for my body. Nice convenient location to the hotel I’m staying at while on a business trip. The workers were smiling so that’s a plus as well. :)

My husband and I came here for the first time and was impressed! I love the smell when you walk through the doors, smells really fresh. The staff was super friendly and took orders quickly. I had the PB Chocolate smoothie to cure my sweet tooth and it was PERFECT! I will definitely be returning to try their juices next! Yum!

Satisfied with my drinks but was a little disappointed about the coupon. On most if not all jamba juice coupons it says you can upgrade for a larger size drink for an additional fee which I was willing to pay. I was told the coupon would only allow me to purchase the small. I don’t understand why the employees here don’t know that people can upgrade their drinks by paying an extra fee. I’ve done it all the time back in Cali and paid $ 3 for the large size with a coupon. I was not the only customer that was trying to purchase the large size of the drink another customer asked the same thing and was told the exact same thing I was told taut she could not buy a larger size with the coupon. Employees must have not known the code to press for a larger size.

I’m giving 1 star because of the service. The employees working literally looked and acted like they had no idea what they were doing. There was an issue with one of the point system screens that I pointed out to one of the cashiers and there was no effort made whatsoever to fix the issue. The only response I received was, «I guess it’s temporarily not working and I never had to reset the system». That alone was enough for me to see how far the employees would actually go to satisfy a customer. I’m a huge fan of Jamba Juice, but this location just gives Jamba Juice a bad rep in my opinion. To top it off, it was a slow business day and it took the amount of time to receive my smoothie as if it were«out the door» busy. Never again will I return to this location.

3 stars due to the apathetic attitude of the help. No greeting no nothing. Just«What can I get you…» How about a smile and a greeting?

Came here over the weekend and got there about 8:40pm. They closed at 9 but I usually tip well and I already knew what I wanted. When I entered, the guy greeted me very friendly even though it was obvious they were closing up. The lady at the register however was glaring me down like I was her worst enemy-Yikes! I didn’t tip because of that reason alone. My drink was made quickly and tasted great. First time at this location and I’ll probably come back. The guy who made my drink had wonderful service and made up for the grouchy lady. :) would of rated 3 stars but the service provided by the guy deserved an extra star!

Wonderful staff! They were fantastic when we had an extended stay in town recently. Each member of the team was always friendly and helpful, even though they were often slammed with large crowds for only one person. Great work, team!

Can’t really go wrong for good smoothies. However you can make any of their recipes yourselves at home with your own blender for far cheaper. Works a lot better if you have a REAL blender such as a Vitamix. Yes, $ 400 blenders are worth it.

Wrote to corporate office hoping to bring attention to the handwashing issue and gain some clarification on the BOGO card. I got the generic«thank you for pointing out our shortcomings» email and the offer of a free drink. Works for me, I guess.

Not much to say here. It’s a walk in, walk out that seems clean and efficient. Recipes are pre-calculated so not much to screw up. If you just want a smoothie with no hassles, there isn’t another one in this area so the fact that they don’t do anything wrong is nice. There is a slight sense that you are intruding when you walk in, not much for conversation. But then again, they aren’t selling conversation. They’re not unfriendly, its just that you get the feeling that they were having a good conversation before you walked in and interrupted them. It’s vague, but noticeable.

I was happy to see a Jamba Juice in Hawks Praire… you see, I grew up there when that whole lot was just for Department of Natural resources. I had great service there and the price is typical.

Pink Starburst, FTW! Totally taste just like the candy. I’ve tried a few others which were all OK but not like my usual pink star. Give it a try if you havent already!

I like Jamba Juice. I have been a huge fan since I first lived in Newport Beach. They have a wide variety of flavors. They’re all pretty good. I especially like their special menu where die hard Jamba Juice fans know, much like the secret menu at In-N-Out. I enjoy going to this particular Jamba Juice because it’s near Hawks Prarie and no one really ventures out here. There’s always parking and rarely a line for juice. They also make a good Red Gummy here as well. Best one I’ve had yet!

Jamba is growing on me. They sucked me with with their free breakfast promo 2 weeks ago, and I’ve been back twice already. That could be partly attributed to the fact that I’ve given up caffeine. Somehow the afternoon latte is less aluring in decaf. A smoothie is nice treat after a hard workout. Fiber boost, please :)
