Brutal customer service. No effort to even smile let alone get order right. I live near here, but after 2 bad experiences I won’t be back.

Always excellent service when I go there although I do wish when I ordered coffee the would fill it up to about an inch below the rim. Instead they literally fill up an already small (supposedly large coffee cup) a little over half way.

The last two times I’ve been to this location the service has been less than great.
On the first visit through the drive through, I assumed the checker was new, so even though I had to drive back to get the sour crème I’d paid for I was alright with it.
Today however, there was no excuse. I ordered a chicken strips, cheddar bacon potato wedges and an extra sour crème. After asking and finding out that they no longer include a sour crème with an order of potato wedges (seriously?) I told him I wanted 2 sour crème. He added three. I repeated that I only wanted two. I watched as my chicken strips and potato wedges disappeared from the screen, leaving only the 3 sour cremes. I repeat my order two more times. At this point, I hear the guy ask someone else for help. The second male asks me to repeat my entire order, again. I tell him the chicken strips, and then mention that the screen still says 3 sour crème, not the 2 that I want. He then gives me a total for my order! What?
I told him that I also wanted a potato wedges, at which point he tells me, in a very rude tone, that he had asked me to repeat my order so it’s my fault if its wrong. I tell him I wasn’t done, and that it STILL says 3 sour crème, not 2. At this point, he tries to tell me that it’s a computer glitch. Really? I repeat my entire order, VERY CLEAR that I only wanted to pay for 2 sour crème. He informs me that he is not the first guy I spoke to and I sarcastically tell him I’m aware, and still not impressed (I’m very upset at this point). He tells me my total will be ready at the first window.
I pull up and pay and LO AND BEHOLD, they’ve charged me for 3 damn sour crème. I tell this to the gal that took my money and she literally shrugs and stares at me. I asked her if she was even going to TRY to fix it, she shrugs again and I pull forward, get my food and see that there are only 2 sour crème in the bag. I demanded the third one, seens how I’d been forced to pay for it, and leave.
I will never go back to this location. A mistake here and there is one thing but COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE and rudeness is not okay. I wish there was somewhere more effective I could complain.

Clever advertising. Amazeballz stoner food! Always at least one transient stationed at a table inside. Good luck.

I’m biased. Once I went here around 10 at night. They were having a machine malfunction of some sort and their entire night was going slower than expected. The employee, Andrew according to my receipt (I didn’t catch his name tag), was incredibly apologetic and was trying his hardest to do well by all the customers. He was nice and jovial despite the ovcious stress. While waiting with an open window, a spider dropped down from my car window and I was paralyzed with fear. Andrew noticed as he went to give me my food and he took a straw and grabbed it for me, and didn’t even laugh when I squealed. This is mostly a review about Andrew, the really cool employee, but he deserves it. Thanks Andrew. My fries and chicken strips were as good as you can get at Jack in the Box too.

Better than the Centralia one. Stingy on food. Good service. Clean.

Okay, I’m grading it on other fast food places like McDonalds and such so compared to them, it is 5 stars. I always order the Jumbo Jack with cheese with extra lettuce and extra tomatoes. They give a 10% discount for active military and veterans and the burger is big and delicious. It’s made fast and my order is always correct.

Ok. So I actually sent an order back because it had a hair in it. They said sorry, remade it for me… The second order had 2 hairs in it. Gross!

I got the number 6 yesterday that was pretty good. Way better than the ghetto joint in Tacoma.

I have only a few requirements for fast food. It needs to be fast. 15 minutes to get our food after having to wait 5 just to order. No they were not busy. There were only 2other couples inside.
