In 2012 my husband and I came to Anne for pictures of our then newborn baby boy. We LOVED the photos and I remembered how caring and thoughtful I observed Anne and her mother to be. Her mother would feed our son from a bottle and keep him happy while Anne made changes to the photo set and background. I learned then that Anne’s mother knitted a great deal of the cute hats and socks that the babies wore for the shoots.
Forward to 2015, for our 2^nd child we knew we wanted to patron with Anne once more. A week or so before our appointment Anne sent us several links with information on what to expect, what to bring and even what to wear. A much needed detail for my husband, myself, our 3yo, and newborn.
Anne works out of her home and let me tell you not a single detail was overlooked when Anne created her studio. There was ample seating for family members, and even sofas for sleepy parents. She keeps a small guest fridge stocked with refreshments and a basket full of healthy and yummy snack options. I mean really? How thoughtful right? She has a couple of space heaters around the studio and the heater is turned up to mid 70’s for the sake of keeping your newborn nice and comfy during outfit changes he/​she will be making. Again so very thoughtful.
When you book your appointment you get the entire time to yourself. Meaning you have complete privacy and you’re not rushed. It is just your family and Anne! We had a 3year old and a newborn and yet she managed to make us feel right at home despite our 3yo losing some patience and our newborn needing several breaks for feedings and changes. I even stopped to breastfeed our newborn and Anne was right there discussing family and life with me. Our Nb girl even pooped and peed during a shoot where she didn’t have a diaper and Anne had already placed several towels on the floor in anticipation of accidents. She has been in the business for well over 15 years and the proofs in her work and utter professionalism.
She pays careful attention to every detail, every pose, every prop. By the time the 2^nd hour had rolled by Ann had the baby in her arms, giving her a pacifier, lulling her to sleep and creating magic alone while I napped on a sofa and dad played with our 3yo outside.
This photo shoot is what dreams are made of. Never ever will one experience such a comfortable, and detail oriented photo shoot for the entire family. This isn’t The Picture People. This is High-​End, high quality premium photography at its best. I highly recommend Anne for all your photography needs, believe me you will NOT be disappointed.
NOTE on the Poor review below: Anne’s costs vary depending on the package you choose. Each time we have purchased the entire set because it has been well worth the cost. Especially considering you are paying for an experience and not just a roll of photos!!!

Only 1 star because I couldn’t do a review without it. My sister bought my daughter a picture package on amazon for $ 40 for this place. The pictures turned out well, but then they charged $ 653 for me to have the rights to the pictures and a cd of them. None of this is mentioned beforehand, and there’s someones else’s baby @ the end of my cd. The fact that the pictures turned out well is over shadowed by the cost of having the rights to my daughters image.
