DKB Restoration is an honest company built on integrity. I got started cleaning carpet for another cleaning company about 6 years ago. I quickly noticed that there was a lot to be desired in cleaning methods of the carpet cleaners in the area. When I started taking courses on carpet chemistry and cleaning techniques I learned that I had been taught to use chemicals that were unsafe for certain types of carpet. When I started this company, I did so with the customer in mind. By providing quality results and using safe chemicals we raised the standard for carpet cleaners in the Olympia area. This, combined with the personal approach we take with our customers, grew our company at super sonic speed. As referrals started pouring in and word of mouth got out we exceeded our expectations for our first year doing as much as triple the business volume the first year. I had horrible pet stains on old, well-​worn carpeting. I would recommend Dan to any of my friends!!! He was honest and upfront about what should be done, and exactly what he could do! A true man of integrity. We discussed my needs, decided on a plan, and I couldn’t be happier! He did an AMAZING job! His pricing was very fair, he readily accepted my Val-​Pac coupons, I will call him back to deal with some additional problem areas in other rooms. I highly recommend him — Dan’s the Man!!!

Dan just cleaned the carpet in our almost 3,000 sf house and, hands down, he is the best carpet cleaner we have ever had. Our carpet has never been this clean before. Not only did he take the time and effort to get the job done right, but he was also very professional, courteous and personable. And his rates were very reasonable. What a combination! So glad we found him in Unilocal.We plan to use his services from now on.

We had our 2 large family areas and stairs cleaned, and they look great! Easy to schedule our cleaning, Dan showed up on time and did a fantastic job. He tried a few different solutions on some serious stains and they’re almost gone now. He was very upfront with the pricing and there weren’t hidden fees.

I found a coupon in valpak along with a couple of others. I chose DKB Restoration based on the many 5 star reviews and the coupon mentioned he was a vet. He did an amazing job and was able to remove dirt the last two companies could not remove! We will definitely be using this company again! He was prompt and didn’t come up with added products and hidden fees! Thank you for a job very well done!

We were so glad to have DKB restoration clean our 4 bed home. He told me that it would take about 3 hours and that’s how long it took. They did such an amazing job that the realtor wanted to know who we hired! The house smelled so clean and fresh. Bonus was the fact that they use green cleaning products and have Unilocal coupons. How awesome is that?

All these great reviews are true! I picked DKB based on the positive feedback and was super happy with their service. They arrived early which is rare these days. We went over any stains or carpet issues and then they tackled my house in about 2 hours. Dan explained everything they did and it looked fabulous! I highly recommended DKB Restoration.

Dan at DKB restoration came to our home and completed carpet cleaning in our 2 upstairs bedrooms and on our stairs. He arrived in a clean van and in company uniform. He was took plenty of time to inform us of the process for cleaning carpets. He was able to show us all kinds of things that were hiding in our carpet. We have kids that play on the floor so we are so happy to now have clean carpets.

Daniel was extremely professional. He was earlier than the scheduled appointment, which was great! His technique for cleaning carpets was so good that dirt from previous tenants was even pulled out of the carpets. He was very friendly and quick! We were able to schedule with him quickly and he did a great job. With rentals there is often a lot of wear and these carpets looked on their last legs. By the time he was done they looked nearly new. He came through on the bid he gave over the phone. He will be my go to guy for carpet cleaning from now on!

Dan did a great job cleaning my carpets! He was running late because another client told him completely wrong info so he let me know way ahead of time that he would come late, which I appreciated. He sent me a text when he was on his way, which was convenient. He arrived and looked around at the pet spots that needed to be treated and got to work and it only took a couple hours to do my whole 1200 sqft house. Reasonably priced and he did a great job! What more can I ask from a carpet cleaner?!

Dan is our go to guy when it comes to carpet cleaning. We always refer him to our Buyers, Sellers, and Tenants. I found this company in a valpak, however there are 3 different companies for carpet cleaning with coupons. My roommate and I called all 3 companies, none of the others were able to quote me based on the needs I was inquiring about. (As our home was a mother in law home and had two sides, with hardwood between 5 large and small rooms) Dan called back and was able to help and schedule as well as information required by property management before move outs, and the quote over the phone was very close to his quote onsite considering the logistics of what we needed. We had a cream carpet that I knew any cleaning would help, however Dan came in and he made it look BRAND NEW! He was a down to earth guy, we Loved his service, not to mention the speed in which he got it all complete. I will definitely be using his services in the future for sure!
