Since 1978, my background has covered a variety of facets of the real estate industry from spec building, to investment property development and management to mortgage banking. I am passionate about what I do and I strive to make the process as smooth as possible for all parties involved.

I believe in educating prospective homebuyers to insure their success in homeownership. This education process includes both one-​on-​one counseling as well as class room sessions for the WA State Housing Finance Commission’s 1^st time homebuyer class which I teach monthly. It’s that need to educate that prompted me to Blog in an effort to reach just one more segment of the population.
