Never again will I go to these guys. Messed up my show car and lied. DO NOT go to these guys.

I’ve gotten 4 cars tinted from this place and every single time they have done a amazing job. Prices are very fair. Everyone is always really nice. Took them about 3 hours to tint my 2015 corolla and if your waiting they have a comfy couch and TV to watch. Also, a coffee shop around the corner.

I was told that this place had a special of $ 150 to tint any car, so I called and asked if this applied to my Subaru Outback and the guy said «Yeah, any size car.» I made an appointment for the next weekend to bring in my car.
They called me back to see if I wanted to come in that day since they had some cancelations, and I had to call back to let them know I couldn’t. When I called back, I confirmed with the woman who answered that the $ 150 deal applied to my Subaru Outback. She said, «Yes, any size.»
Fast forward to Saturday, I brought my car in and met with I’m guessing the owner or manager, who told me the options and I told him I wanted the $ 150 special. He proceeds to write up the order and I see he isn’t writing the $ 150, but a higher amount. I ask him why he is quoting that much when the sign on his door and the price online is $ 150. He tells me that is only for cars, and I ask why it says any size car then. He says for my size car, it will be at least $ 190.
I told him that’s why I asked two of the employees specifically about my car, and they both said yes, it’s for any size car. He said he could do just the front windows for that price.
He asks me if I want to talk to my husband about it (who didn’t come in but is waiting in his car) while he helps another customer, so I say sure. First of all, how insulting to suggest I can’t make decisions for my car on my own. I’m a woman, not a 5 year old. My husband knows I’m capable of handling my own business, so that’s why he was waiting outside.
Secondly, what a huge waste of my time to get me to come down to the shop after I’ve confirmed with 2 employees that the price applies to my car. I had to wait for a day when I could bring someone else down so I could drop off my car and get a ride from the shop since the only thing nearby to this is a bead store.
I go back inside and tell the guy I’m leaving.
We then had to figure out where to leave one of the cars since we live about 25 min from the shop and were on our way up to Seattle when I get a call from the shop and he asks who I spoke to and who said the price was $ 150. I tell him and he says he could probably honor that price but that it normally is more.
I told him his website and sign on the front door of his shop are misleading since it says nothing about other types of vehicles being more expensive, and I had confirmed with 2 workers.
I haven’t been back.
I’m giving it 2 stars because I see they have changed their website to make their offer clearer now, so hopefully no one else will go through what I went through with this place.

Awesome customer service and quality workmanship. I had 2 windows done and I am going to take my other car in as well. I would definitely recommend checking them out you will not be disappointed.

Thanks Auto Tint Northwest for making my 2013 Mazda 3 HB look even better. I called and made an appointment for a Saturday morning and decided during the week that I wanted to have the tinting done sooner and you all were able to fit me in the afternoon on the day I called. Besides a little residual water on the floor mats left over from putting the film on, which dried pretty quickly once I got on the road with the heat on, the ceramic tint on all the windows turned out awesome.

They did an excellent job on both our vehicles and unbelievable price! My brand new Mazda 3 looks amazing! Thank you Auto Tint Northwest!

Auto Tint Northwest did a great job tinting my 2015 WRX! The service was great the price was affordable, and the attention to detail was what I would expect when working on a brand new car! Had the tint on for a few months now and it’s holding up very well. They did a good quality job on the tint.
Update. I have had the tint for months now through the winter and it’s held up great.

These guys do professional work and care about their customers. It’s amazing how much heat their ceramic tint blocks from the sun (they’ll even demonstrate this for you while you pick out your tint).
They bent over backwards to make sure I was happy when I came back a few weeks after my car was tinted and had some questions about the optical properties of the tint they installed. I was actually surprised to get such good service.
Very satisfied customer here. I’ll be back again with my next car.

Staff was nice but I am unhappy with the price I paid in relation to the work. First of all I had factory rain guards installed which they removed without telling me and didn’t even inform me they were going to be removed. I paid to have them put on so now I will have to take it back to the dealer and pay for it again. I also got my Windows tinted and thought the back would have turned it darker but didn’t. Took it back and they put a darker tint on it which is good now but now it looks as if there are little bubbles on the Windows. Not very happy with how things have turned out.
