Natural Designs Landscaping

Living in the city, I have what some would call a postage stamp size front yard. In addition to being small mine is a hill, which makes mowing a true challenge. After years of complaining every time we mowed, it was time to take action. We wanted a multi level retaining wall, creating a flat lawn at the top.
We started to drive around neighborhoods to get ideas on what we wanted created in our yard. We then went to the best place in Saint Louis for buying stones, St. Louis Hardscapes to select what stones we wanted it made out of. While browsing, we discussed our project and that we still needed someone to build it. They recommended Natural Designs Landscaping and showed us which of their displays were done by NDL. They were amazing, so we called and scheduled an appointment.
I’ll admit, when Kevin came out to give the estimate I knew with his reputation he’d be out of our price ranger. He’s been building water features and walls in the St. Louis area since, 1995. Boy was I wrong, he came in lower then our other two bids. He was even lower then the contractor who gave us an out of season quote if we waited till November to do the work. The best news yet, when the project was completed, it came in under budget. It may of been only $ 200, but that savings went towards new shrubs and bushes. How honest is NDL, they could of added that to their bottom line.
The actual project took two and a half days to complete. Their work was meticulous. I have had a lot of work done on my house and these guys were some of thee best workers. Each day, they made sure my property was as clean as it was when they begun. We already have them coming back next month for Phase II and we’re making plans for next year to take advantage of their specialty, a water feature in the backyard for our Phase III.
