We recently completed a home remodel in Orange County, CA with WF Construction and are extremely satisfied with the results. Based on our vision, they were able to implement exactly what our architectural plans designated. Overall, the process went smoothly and we had an attentive project manager who was on-​site and informative.
This is a family operated business, so it was not a shock to see the owner of the company at the job site at any given time. They kept the pace throughout, which was greatly appreciated by us and our neighbors. We had a schedule, yes, a schedule! Since we did not have many changes with our plans, the project was completed in a timely fashion (3 weeks over).
If you are looking for a quality company to perform a remodel, I would recommend them hands down. Their connection with their sub-​contractors kept everything on schedule making «down-​time» nearly non-​existent. They will be competitive with other companies (not the small guys), but overall you get what you pay for.
As with any remodel it is important that you, the homeowner, take ownership and be as committed to the project as the contractor. The more decisive and prepared you are makes it easier for them to move forward in creating your vision.
