Karen draws from 30+ years of local experience as well as over 10 years of residential and commercial real estate expertise. Born in Fullerton, Karen’s family relocated from Orange County to La Verne during her freshman year in high school.

Pierre’s experience in lending and law enforcement has strengthened his desire to help people while building a trust with his clients in one of the biggest decisions of their lives. A former senior loan officer, knowledgeable in both residential and commercial, Pierre has helped save his clients $$ over the years.

There aren’t enough great things I can say about Karen and Pierre! This was my husbands and I first time home buying experience and from the horror stories I have heard about how grueling of a process it can be, we did not encounter any of that! We started looking for homes in May and will be moving into our new home this month! From the very first initial meeting to the very end of signing paper work, they were extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions with out any hesitation, and we had a lot of questions! I highly recommend using this outstanding real estate team if you are looking to buy or sell your home! I will be telling our friends and family what a great experience we had!
